Teddy is sometimes the strangest dog, weβve discovered the two of them love bouncy castles for some reason, whether itβs because the air blows out from under the stitching or they just like the plush feel. Teddy however had some weird desire to scale this mammoth slide, not once but repeatedly! Heβs such a funny dog, he saw the kids having fun and didnβt want to miss out. Luckily itβs an old used slide but he didnβt pop it. I thought maybe he just wanted to climb up but no, he wanted to slide down too! Of course the kids were living their best lives and as it was super hot we gave Teddy and Niko a rinse down to keep their fur wet. The slide seemed like a great idea until you have to put it away! Itβs so big and heavy! Fun was had by all except Shane who had to put it away.

Malamutes in protection mode watching them 2 climb and slide up and down. This week in π¬π§ we've had the temp in 30s ive been having to hose our huskies twice over to help them cool down just doing them once doesnt seem to work.

Teddy definitely thinks of himself as one of the kids. He loves being with his family and friends. Heβs such a sweet, fluffy, gentle, good boy. Iβm glad Shane helped Teddy get to the top of the slide.

Years ago, our backyard had a small bank near the house. When it would snow, our husky mix would love to lay on a sheet of cardboard and slide down it. She would do that for as long as anybody was willing to stay outside and take the cardboard back to the top for her. Great memories…..even if I was still married to my ex back then.
