On this lot size I have build the house from the sitcom full house from 80's, but in Newcrest. But know it placed in San Sequoia.
I think I might download this and adapt it to a university center…

I built a comic book/ nerd shop for kids and teens on this lot it was so fun
What if you built specialty Rec centers in other worlds? In university, an off-campus place where students of both schools can gather. In Strangerville, a place for soldiers and scientists to gather. In Tartosa, a place for potential couples to meet.

But just to be sure, is there a roof over the rock-climbing walls? Because I remember putting one on a roof before and it kept breaking in the rain. My sims was a spellcaster so it was an easy fix, but it was still annoying
James- maybe to save a bit of space, build a 'crypt' basement on the cemetery lot for the 'important Bigwallets'. Orrr build a small tomb on there, and you can place all the 'non family' (Sidney etc) on the shelves in there..
I love that this build is also a small shout out and advertisement for public libraries!

I love this build so much and already added it to my game. The arcade makes me so nostalgic for the old Aladdin's Castle arcade I would frequent in the early 2000s. Magnificent job, James!
QUESTION: I love this build and I think I'll be adding it to my save. With the rock climbing walls on the roof… wont the rain keep breaking them? I wasn't sure if the little cover you made would protect them as I think it's just decorative… though I suppose "handiness" could then be another skill building thing there. I did a build on Sulani where the conservation corps members could go and take care of needs; build skills; etc. I thought a climbing wall would be a good skill for them. Eventually I had to put a roof over it as the rain kept breaking it. (P.S. Sorry I'm late. I teach high school and this week is a busy one for our seniors… so I'm playing catch up.)

It's more like a challenge if anything lol. The challenge is that in every episode of this series, the language of the game changes to something random!
So you'd either make a new sim or something from the current world. The only rules are: You're not allowed to translate anything, or use a friend to help.
And you'll have to get 100k Simoleans and have 10 children and a house worth of 500k.

That really is such a weird lot! I ended up building a playground/park on that lot. I geared it mainly towards families with infants and toddlers.

Is there a mod that shows the basketball/football/skating as a skill in the skill bar ? I wish they would make a kit for that! Add maybe tournaments even if it’s a rabbit hole ? It would be nice for professional sport career! I don’t know where to push this idea for it to be seen 😅🥴
OMG would love to see a leisure center, my one has the swimming pool, kiddie pool, big changing area, a cafe, a gym, sauna and spa room joined to the upstairs Gym changing rooms, dance studio, a physio area and climbing walls, if you google jubilee 2 in Newcastle-under-Lyme, you will see what its like.

This lot is perfect for a drivethrough or gasstation. I love the roads on all sides.
Even a vet is nice here, like the clinic is on the left street and the private home is on the right street.
You can build 4 houses on the lot, all facing in a different direction, living in one, renting out the other 3 to roommates.
