OK, Good American, 1. Looses the order 2. Sends wrong size 3. Lies about making items all in the US 4. Lies about being eco-friendly 5. Charges exorbitant prices for cheap fabrics and poor materials and 6. Has a crappy return policy that unless you pay for express mail to return the items favors them keeping your money and only offering "store credit." Really? Have our standards really fallen this low for how we let companies in the US treat American consumers? And Hope, Hon, if you can't see yourself wearing something, this is something you know about yourself BEFORE you buy. You made WAY TOO MANY excuses for Good American. Don't influence people into believing that it is OK or that it is OK not to worry about over $500 you couldn't get back. So out of touch with reality and the average woman. SMH
