  1. I love the truck and you would be crazy to change the fuel tanks! Why put that much into a truck that is great. The long frame trucks like out in California I do not care for. You know that changing up that much would be out of control waste of money. I drove a flat top peterbilt with big stacks loved the truck but got hurt coming off top of a bulk tank trailer. Pulled out my c6 vertebrae and after 5 cervical spine surgery I'm screwed up now and can not work. ! That's 28 years of trucking gone. Hope you had a Merry Christmas!

  2. I think it's a great idea that you're helping out owner opps out by buying there trucks and letting them work for you and continue to drive there trucks. I wish I could have done that back in the summer of 2020 when I sold my truck and became a local company driver. The part about being an owner opp that I miss the most is the truck I had, I had a 2000 Classic XL flat top sleeper with a 12.7 Detroit with 7 inch stacks and drop visor. The new orange 379 is a nice truck, but I agree it would look alot with shorter fuel tanks and take headache rack off and new drop visor, and deck plate. I think it'd look better to if you take sleep fairings off or trim them down.

  3. Merry Christmas Tim and family.
I was talking to my dad's brother yesterday and he was telling g me about yalls rolling blackouts. And he was pissed because it was messing with his freezers at his deer process facility on his farm. Chin up bro. It could be worse you could be in the U.P or buffalo or where I'm at in the head of lake superior. In duluth.

  4. Tim. As a former towing operator. Do NOT buy an actual wrecker. Just stay with the DTU. If you buy that wrecker it's a payment book and a pile of grief you do not want. Just my 2 cents
