I Bought 9 BROKEN Xbox Elite Series 2 Controllers – Let’s Fix Them! A nice variety of issues including wear and tear, faulty buttons, and stick drift. Very typical controller issues but that doesn’t mean they’re always easy to fix. This should be fun.

Okay you convinced me. B-100 is magic in a can.
Can’t wait for the magnetic control sticks I’m sick of drift on most my controllers
Anyone know the easiest way to fix the return to center on these elite series 2 controllers? My joysticks always fail to return to center and have a pretty large play in the center before you can feel the mechanical joystick actuate.
15:11 – If you need to replace one of those potentiometers anyway, there's a company that sells upgrade kits to replace those with hall-effect sensors. Haven't tried it myself, but I've seen it recommended elsewhere.
"Jsus suffered anxiety"
brb… gotta call Jesus to ask about my anxiety and then order some diapers.
Your attention to quality and detailed repairs is so consistent. "as you can see it's dead center" sees it's very slightly off, bops it again with bW100 to make sure it's perfect
this week, I took apart my Xbox, full teardown, to clean it for the first time and thanks to your tutorials, it went very well. perfect amount of thermal paste and all!!! thank you for your guides, I felt confident and in good hands!
GLOVES MAN!!!! 🧤 GLOVES! 🤢
I fixed my Xbox One S controller by replacing the little sensors in the green piece on the analog stick with one out of a PowerA wired Xbox One controller
Edit: it had drift so that’s what I fixed
I swear they used the worst quality parts on the series 2 I had three of them everyone had stick drift out of the box brand new!!! Then two of them had the RB shoulder button start acting up like double clicking about 5-6 months of owning…the third one was the LB shoulder…took them all apart it had nothing to do with the plastic mechanism that pushes the button on the board it was the actual button on the board that went bad….its sad seeing how expensive these controllers are…I can promise you the one where you just cleaned the rb button it will start to act up again I would clean the button and it would only last a day or two before it started miss clicking was so annoying
Glad you were able to fix the broken back cover with the other controller you accidentally broke!
Reusing working pieces is always awesome 😎
TronicsFix pls do you sell these controllers after fixing them?
Controllers can be fiddly. I broke my Design Labs controller recently just trying to change some buttons and can't solder due to poor vision.
Please use some gloves.
Can you take apart the new White xbox elite series 2 core controller? i want to see anything has changed.
Wear gloves bro there's a reason those people were using so much lotion haha
I have an Elite Series 2 controller, but the bumpers are super sensitive. It double, sometimes triple clicks with every press. It’s annoying.
Awesome, the 2 problems I have were in this video, I need to clean RB and find a better paddle for the back!
Well at least had use for the broken one…all planned, lol. Enjoyable video once again.
7:07 Jesus suffered anxiety , i feel u my man
This is hilarious I've been buying fixing and selling these for months
Recently bought one on a flee market broken and it still had warranty left. So microsoft replaced it for me 👍 easy profit
