  1. i just love the fact that adam sandler didnt go and get some big name actor to make sure the acting and dramatic scenes are the best and actually got an nba player along with many others to start in the movie to keep the authenticity of the game

  3. Just watched this movie last night and I was surprised in so many levels. It's incredibly good and not the usual sports movies I've watched long before, I don't know why… but it's really good, Top of my list. Best movie this year. I like everything in it, from soundtracks to actors and some former NBA players can act really well, like Kenny Smith. The soundtrack are perfectly utilized in each montages, the song "The World Is Mine" has different touch as an intro song, very well implemented. Onscreen chemistry of Adam Sandler and Juancho Hernangomez (my new bae hahaha) tops of the very reason why this film is perfect from start to finish. It's like the new Daniel-san and Mr. Miyagi of the NBA court. I definitely want another round of movies from these two men. For Juancho Hernangomez, as a first-timer actor, it is so impressive already that he's too good in silent treatment kinda acting, that's really hard to do though, not all first time actors can do it. You made Bo Cruz alive, relatable, and believable. Add to that, you're so handsome wahhhhhhhh

  4. Juancho Hernangomez is so perfect for this role. To think it would be mediocre acting coming from an NBA player who never appeared in any films, me and my friends were amazed at how he approach his acting here, intermediate level already or special. It's his destiny to play that likeable character and people starts to recognize him as "Bo Cruz" now. Like right now, he got waived by Utah Jazz and people tweeting out there justice for Bo Cruz. It's insane hahaha.

  5. Sandler has done it again, this man has surpassed himself as actor and producer. Even me (who I'm not a fan or follower) have to spend sometime defending him against haters by saying, this movie is top notch, a must see.

  6. LeBum brought authenticity to the movie because all the other NBA players couldn't do it themselves. Stop giving that dumbass fool credit when he didnt do shit

  7. This kinda reminds me of Goal, the football movie from like 15 years ago. The NBA players actually acted pretty well. I don't know about Kenny Smith though, I hope TNT roasts his performance 😂

  9. Stop putting Lebron's name on this film just because he put money into it. I know it's just for marketing and to get people's attention. But you should really be giving credit to the actual people behind the project..

  10. Widziałem ten film, jest niesamowity. Ale obsada, prawdziwi ludzie i zawodnicy z NBA…😎 to jest to. Po wyjściu z kina poszedłem po piłkę do kosza i na boisko, do późnej nocy.

  11. I played a 1v1 against my nephew today. I've been a big basketball guy for about a year now and after watching this movie. I will never tell him "no I can't play ball right now."

    He's gonna be great.

  12. wait a minute, are you telling me they are real players?
I wasn't a fan of Mr Sandler, I dont get his comedy specially the early days, but his drama movies are pure solid gold.

  13. Just watched it and man was it incredibly amazing. From the authenticity of the sets, bringing on actual legends, to Adam Sandler. The whole movie is just mind blowing, from the sentimental scenes to the hard work-out scenes, the scrimmage scenes, just all of it was full-filling from a movie. Words just aren't enough describe how great this movie was put together. I'm at an awe. If you highly enjoy and love the sport of basketball, you'll definitely love this movie. God bless all the masterminds behind this masterpiece of Gem. (pun intended)
