FSU BOT and AD, failing to announce its intention to leave the ACC by August 15th, will prove themselves all bluster and bluffing, revealing their lack-of-spine and insecurity. I assume FSU, Clemson, and (maybe) Miami vetoed the ACC's desperate attempt to add Stanford and Cal. That alone merits an unequivocal declaration to leave on 08/15/2023. Don't bluff unless you mean business. Go Noles!
Wake up, get up!
Chess, not checkers!
I believe "Swafford' should be considered a four letter word.
Try this: snaSu (situation normal all Swafford up), or Swafford this! I'm out.
You get my gist. Go Noles!
If we don't give notice tomorrow, it severely hurts our position. Sitting still for another year is exactly what we can't afford to do.
If FSU does not announce their departure from the AAC by the 15th, then FSU needs to shut up! No one wants to hear them cry for another year! If FSU wants out then get out or shut up! If FSU is so valuable then they will receive an invite to another P5.
So all noise, no invites, no action. Just frontin.'
SMH!
Jaheim Bell has been a problem for everyone in college football to tackle.
No other conference is making FSU an offer until it has resolved the GOR through payment or legal action. FSU is not going to announce they are leaving until they have secured a new home. To do otherwise is irresponsible. FSU has no offers due to GOR, thus no announcement. The ACC dissolving is fan fiction. Most of the schools have no reason to leave a conference with its own network, a TV deal and a long term GOR.
Do you suspect Clemson and FSU will go together to big 10 or SEC when it happens and if so which is more likely big 10 or SEC?
Any of you who actually thought we would be out of the ACC by August 15th simply we're not looking at the big picture.
It was imperative that the BOT and Michael Alford announce our displeasure with the revenue gap boldly and matter of factly. The actions that have occurred since that moment in the spring, though weak and uninspiring, would not have happened if Florida State did not speak up and said what they said.
The proverbial ball is rolling now. At least the ACC is trying to do something to save the conference now instead of just sitting on their hands and doing nothing.
I am still very confident Florida State will be leaving this conference by 2025 maybe 2026. Tomorrow is deadline means nothing for the end goal.
R E L A X… Let's enjoy this special season that is coming up and at the end of this season with hopefully and ACC championship if not more in hand, Florida State will have added cache and even be that much more attractive to the B1G or the SEC.
Go Noles!!
I believe we make an announcement the day after the deadline, setting us up to leave in 2025 & set the
🔥A 🔥C 🔥 C 🔥 ablaze.
We don't need no water, let the motherf*kr burn….
Let's not forget, nobody has invited us to a conference 😂 NOBODY so unless we tryna go independent we'll be in the ACC for another 5 years
Wake up!
Oh if they do not announce something this week they will get killed and should.
I listen to every show from the Panama City area
FSU = The Crazy Girlfriend
What would be funny would be for FSU to go 7-5 or even 8-4 after all this hype.
Keon Coleman, as punt returner is an unnecessary risk when we have so many other fast and talented players who will not play on the starting offense.
