I believe after Maria there should have been better planning
At the time I am writing this, the Island already has 20% energy. If this were still in the hands of PREPA, no one would still have electricity. For María, I spent 9 months without electricity, and now in less than 24 hours I already had electricity. I live in the capital, San Juan.
