  1. That's good stuff right there. That's a awesome feeling seeing your son get the big one with one of your best friends bow let alone. That gives me chills just seeing the excitement in Dan. What a beautiful early season buck. You definitely don't see that much sign in early season but the sign doesn't lye. Good job fellas and remember be safe out there.

  2. Really nice vid….Daves bow, your son tag teaming, and all the lessons of a productive hunt. Starting with scouting, planning, making decisions on the fly…Very few share these kinds of vids. This is a better way of getting things done….I'm stoked👍

  3. Dan that was a fledgling Great Horned Owl, they often wind up on the ground, where they will continue to get fed by the adults. Probably only "appeared" injured because at that stage they haven't mastered flying yet and you guys flushed it.

  5. Dan, love your channel. Your contents relate to me because I am a public land hunter and have to mobile hunt. What you film in the woods is what I see. Most of the mainstream hunting channels are foodplot shows and it gets boring real fast. Your shiet is 💯. Keep it real. Keep it going.

  6. Way to go Ratslayer! Dan, I can hear the love in your voice! Like I said in a previous comment on one of your other videos, I feel we as dads have more joy when our kids get one than when we do! So happy for you and your son! Praise God for this blessing!
