  17. Asalamualaykum. I was fasting today but I overslept after praying asr and missed my iftari time. I opened my fast about half an hour later, when I woke up. My question is that, is my fast excepted or not? Please tell me asap. Jazakalakhair

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If anyone testifies that None has the right to be worshipped but Allah Alone Who has no partners, and that Muhammad is His Slave and His Apostle, and that Jesus is Allah's Slave and His Apostle and His Word which He bestowed on Mary and a Spirit created by Him, and that Paradise is true, and Hell is true, Allah will admit him into Paradise with the deeds which he had done even if those deeds were few." (Junada, the sub-narrator said, " 'Ubada added, 'Such a person can enter Paradise through any of its eight gates he likes.")

    حَدَّثَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُمَيْرُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي جُنَادَةُ بْنُ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏"‏ مَنْ شَهِدَ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ، وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ، وَأَنَّ عِيسَى عَبْدُ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولُهُ وَكَلِمَتُهُ، أَلْقَاهَا إِلَى مَرْيَمَ، وَرُوحٌ مِنْهُ، وَالْجَنَّةُ حَقٌّ وَالنَّارُ حَقٌّ، أَدْخَلَهُ اللَّهُ الْجَنَّةَ عَلَى مَا كَانَ مِنَ الْعَمَلِ ‏"‏‏.‏ قَالَ الْوَلِيدُ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ جَابِرٍ عَنْ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جُنَادَةَ وَزَادَ ‏"‏ مِنْ أَبْوَابِ الْجَنَّةِ الثَّمَانِيَةِ، أَيَّهَا شَاءَ ‏"‏‏.‏

    Why are the poor people of Palestine being punished so so harsh. Whats the answers for Allah swt. Bringing so many little kids behind straved, mutilated and killed 😢

  29. Your duas will be accepted in these 3 situations
    1. When your body is shaking.
    2. When you have fear in your heart.
    3. When you have tears.

    The prophet Muhammed SAW said whoever shares this will get a house in front of me in jannah.

  31. funny and true how sh. Majed said overpraising people is bad, like "Noor" coming out of their face. I think we have to watch ourselves not to say those inshaAllah.

  33. (The hadith mentioned by Sh. Majed Mahmoud) The Prophet (ﷺ) said, whoever says:

    "Ashhadu an la ilaha ill-Allah
    wa7dahu la sharika lah,
    wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan 'abduhu wa rasuluh,

    wa inna 'Isa 'abd Allah wa rasuluh,
    wa kalimatuhu alqaha ilaa Maryam,
    wa ru7 minhu,

    wa anna -l-Jannata haqq,
    wa anna-n-Nara haqq."

    Allah Sub7ana Wa Ta'Ala will admit him into Paradise through whichever gate he likes.

  35. May Allah bless you for this beautiful teaching. It can be a hard balance to not praise someone too much while showing the proper respect.
    I love the explanation of Isa (pbuh) lowering himself and being elevated.
    The truth will set us free!
