In this darkly comedic and horrifying satire inspired by the “Live Action Role-Playing” game, a group of students on summer break unwittingly becomes the epicenter of a terrifying epidemic. Exposed to a fast-spreading virus that enslaves its hosts with a hive-mind intelligence and an insatiable hunger for human flesh, the students bring the infection back to their unsuspecting campus and hometown. As the outbreak spirals into a full-blown zombie apocalypse, a paranoid campus security guard with a penchant for conspiracy theories emerges as an unlikely leader. Together with a ragtag band of uninfected survivors, they must navigate the chaos, uncover the origins of the virus, and fight to save what’s left of humanity.
