WeMod has a lot of good Mods for HumanitZ. You can use increase stack mod plus the no weight limit and eliminate the need to use vehicles (trunks). Unlimited Ammo is nice as well.

Be sure to turn off Camera shake. The top down view is never great. Riding is car is horrible, driving is slightly better. The camera auto zooms when entering interiors (ugh).
