Meanwhile, all four accused who were arrested on Thursday in connection with the video where women were paraded naked have been remanded to 11-day police custody. While the National Commission of Women has denied ignoring complaints about the incident, the Delhi Commission of Women chief Swati Maliwal has slammed the NCW over alleged inaction and will be visiting the state before
July 23. She has also written a letter to the Manipur DG requesting support during her visit.
