Humanity Rising Day 832: The UAP/UFO Reality and Implications IV: What’s Going On?

This series is intended to give a solid foundation to the study of one of the most engaging, perplexing, and genuinely mysterious topics of our time — UFOs, now referred to as UAP — Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena. Richard Dolan, the world’s premier UFO historian, has been researching this subject for thirty years and is the author of several ground-breaking books on the subject. For many years, the subject of UFOs was shrouded not only in official secrecy, but protected by layers of social ridicule that prevented most people even from considering that it might be a valid topic. Fortunately, the ridicule has mostly dissipated, but the secrecy remains. In this four day series, Richard discusses the factual basis of a genuine UAP/UFO reality, the associated coverup of this reality, many of the deep aspects of what is very likely going on behind the curtain, and finally, where is this all headed?

LECTURE FOUR: What’s Going On?

Richard Dolan gives a big picture assessment of the situation we currently find ourselves in. Why is there such a large apparent presence of non-human intelligences here – today? Do abductions happens and if so, why? What might be “their” interest in humanity and this planet? Does our current global transformation have anything to do with their presence?

  1. Nothing about the modern human is more interesting than the oldest humans. Its all the one. The same. Likely a version of others. Not all that unusual. Define rare? If you can time travel, go instantly to other worlds, rare is uNlikely.

  2. Anti American government, my assessment. Not what an American would vote for, not what we would expect. Why? How come? Its going totalitarian? Could this happen but for mccarthy? Are we sheep now? Were we always?

  3. Richard’s perspective is always so well thought out and insightful. That is in sharp contrast to the Doomsday kook who started off the show. Where the hell did that come from? I love that Richard barely acknowledges him and jumps right into his presentation. 😂

  4. Good man, Richard. You spoke well of Bud Hopkins and Dr. David Jacobs.
I have seen a video of a hubrid washing her car with gasoline. (They do try so hard to fit in, don't you think?)
I have seen another hubrid quite clearly controlling her humans speech in congress. (Then she realised that she was on camera and covered her mouth with her hand,)
Yes, they are here, and yes the sheer number of them makes the statistical odds of us detecting them good. Do I hate them? No.

Here is what I think is happening.
The Domaine has over-run the Empire in our neck of the woods. In doing so, they discovered this prison planet. (Nurse Matilda O'Donnell Macelroy, Alien interview, Is-be)
Is-be said that the Domaine would deal with us later, at their convenience, to dismantle the place.
    They are back.

It is not advisable to dismantle the prison abruptly. The disassembly has to be done with care, lest the rambunctious souls imprisoned here behave badly. The Mantids, (and hence the Domaine) have to exert control as they slowly(?) expose us to the reality of our situation.
The Domaine's specialists at this task are the Mantids. They were seen on Serpo.
We do not get a say in how they do their job

  6. Richard, I totally disagree with you on this one! What did the United States remove from an Iraq museum when they invaded it? It's in black and white from wikilecks!

  7. Certainly brings up a few questions for me. Is humanity right now at a stage that is still primitive to these advanced non-human, if they even exist, entities, civilizations? Perhaps intelligence and military complex realizes this? Do they know something further that has not been even discussed or thought about about these nonhuman intelligence creatures? Or are the human made and humanity? A certain sector of it was already super advanced, covertly? Or hidden? Could it be in reverse that humans covertly from the rest of the world created this? Like of a flip of a cards or table how do I put it?

And also, let’s say it is alien, interdimensional and enter Galactic or planetary, etc. entities, We, realizing the universe is far larger and infinite, and that there are potentially the universe within the universes within universes, so why us? Wouldn’t there be similar earth plants out there and what if there’s even more advanced than those that have visited us? We don’t even have or use flying saucers.

Excuse my grammar, I’m just trying to form questions that, through voice to text, Ken, lose a translation, but to expand a little bit a bit of imagination.

  8. Spiritual powers such as telepathy seem to be real and since we are dealing with an open ended situation there could be no limits to some of their abilities and much could be illusion. However cases where dead ETs are stored and studied for prolonged periods would seem to provide a foundation and we consistently get bipedal humanoid. The Travis Walton grey could be one of the repeat offenders but the roswell beings would seem to be a bit different suggesting a continuum of species, some with an asian appearance, some pointy a bit like insects. We have the little brown clump foot varginha ET as another reasonably reliable data point because they were captured. same with the craft, they are probably real when we have some in storage.
I fully expect the nordics to be real as well. and it sounds like we share DNA with all of the ETs, not just the nordics.

  9. Wonderful, Richard. We who have children do fear for their future, suspecting this great change. Once you’ve dived down the rabbit hole of Ufology it’s ray to be down-hearted as Jimmy Carter clearly was. There seems to be a darker side of who knows how many alien agendas, Pete Hutley, Australia.

  10. Yes, fighting the good fight, but…nothing will EVER come out, that is RELEVANT for humanity. They made a deal, because this is a slave planet with a slave species (humans). If we would EVER dare to rise up (again), they will repeat the Tower of Babel moment or any other calamity like the flood. Existence is a failure, and death is our best friend, because suffering ends one day. Till then, enjoy life as vain as it gets and live the moment in pleasures. Anything else, forget it. They are too powerful and love and ideals are NEVER the friends of the powerful. You cannot be selfless (equal) and powerful (not equal) at the same time. 😀

  11. I can't help but imagine a world where certain bad actors become transhumanists and gain unique powers that enable them to effectively take over the world, one small step at a time. I know this is science fiction today, but imagine a technology where you could "download" knowledge to your brain. Instead of having to learn slowly book by book, class by class, you could simply gain that knowledge in an instant. It would be a world where you'd have to become transhumanist whether you like it or not if you wanted to be on an equal playing field with your peers. Similar to what we're seeing with AI today, but on an even bigger and more broader scale. And of course, from a war perspective, I hate to imagine the super soldiers of the future augmented with unimaginable technologies. Single individuals with the expertise and technology to take over entire states or countries on their own. All this to say, I'm still excited about the future. I've never really been a doom & gloom kind of guy, but this particular video just sparked a thought and I felt the need to share. Good day!

  12. I dont know if anyone has read the "Allies of Humanity" or not , I believe its a 4 book series and it talks a lot about why these beings are here, what they are planning, abductions, and basically trying to raise the red flag about the threat their presence poses for us ..

What strikes me, is how much of what has been coming to light, from leaks and whistleblowers, not to mention the thousands upon thousands of personal testimonies (my own included), corroborates what is said in that book.. I really think it is the real deal

  13. Richard’s summation that alien species wouldn’t have been “interested” in humans back in the Middle Ages or even renaissance is gravely mistaken. Firstly it doesn’t fit in with the evidence of sightings, contact and archaeology. Secondly, he is forgetting that the advanced intelligences would’ve also been 400-500 years behind as well, as well as all being from different planets or dimensions with different rates or levels of evolution…. and he is assuming that he knows what they were looking for. Just because we hadn’t yet invented nuclear fission / fusion or modern warfare or flight it doesn’t mean we weren’t “interesting” or useful in other ways: as sexual genetic material, as anthropological/ethnological, as biological studies or even spiritual studies, and so on. He assumes a lot when he dismisses ancient alien theory so easily. I like Richard for his take on modern disclosure politics and exopolitics but he’s just wrong on ancient aliens. It’s so obvious to anyone who has studied this as long as many of us, that he’s just wrong. Simple as that. He also contradicts himself by saying early on we weren’t interesting enough to aliens back in the Middle Ages, but says we humans are not insects and have great sentience and consciousness and we are interesting to them. So we would’ve also been interesting 500 years ago then, too. Perhaps not for tech reasons but for other reasons. “Otherness” in and of itself is enough reason ina. E I’ve to study other species, regardless of their advancement. Having said that, humans by the Middle Ages still had great developments compared to their own relative history, in all sets of areas. Richard’s perspective and his arguments are so temporally-and 20th century-related always. It’s very myopic.

  14. Great presentation Richard. We're not making a mess of this planet. It's the 5% elites that run and own our Governments that have some tyrannical plans like 2030. Who's worried about the Aliens when these people are out to depopulate this earth for their own endeavors.
Yes humanity is at a point of transformation… I'd call it The Great Wakening, disclosure of not just UFO's but of our historical TRUTH as a humanity. Good verses Evil and that's not being religious. God Speed.

  15. Mr. Dolan, good job. This lecture format had dense information and intensity.
Your style of questioning things is a great technique to communicate objectivity.
Selfless objectivity is necessary to discover truth.

  16. Glad you mentioned David Paulides Missing 411 book and work. It kinda blows Greer's "Everything is warm and fuzzy" theory out of the water. It also can explain at least some of the cover up. I don't tell my grand kids as they enjoy hiking and I don't want to ruin it for them. So am I covering up? I believe the major concern of the globalists is over population. It took all of human history to produce 8 billion people but we will produce another 8 billion in the next 40 years. Climate change is a smoke screen for the control they need to control population. Our southern boarder shows us that overpopulation doesn't stay south of the border. Is that part of the operation? To share the misery so we bend the knee?

  17. Man why the ads. You really gotta have ads. You're beyond famous and it's annoying but hey if you gotta. But yes don't brother. Linda does the same and you both are next level and I've been paying attention since before you know and still I follow you but the random ads that just come mid sentence. Come on man. You that hard up.. I don't think so. Be a good human being and realize the ad revenue is me nuscule at best. Other than that keep doing what you are doing.

  18. 😆 Of course their heads would have exploded, we've always loved that. Why do you think shows like science, physics, space, and nature documentaries are so wildly popular? Your work explodes heads. That whole "but the people love their ignorance" argument comes from greedy people who know knowledge can be profitable. 😊
