Humanity Rising Day 757: The Metallurgy of Grief: Voices of Ground Zero

Dr. Stephanie Mines speaks with Hiba Jameel, JD

Dr. Mines speaks candidly with Hiba Jameel, JD, who was a young woman in Iraq when 9/11 occurred. Her life, from the perspective of Iraqi youth, unfolded in ways she could not foresee, as she was forced to immigrate to the US. Now preparing for a career in law, a professional translator, and someone who is writing a book about her experiences, Hiba Jameel is a voice from Ground Zero that we have never listened to before.
