  1. Sometimes it's frustrating to see the way Woolie approaches certain sections (trying the same thing 5 times without changing what he's doing, running around without cover, pulling out the wrong weapon for the wrong situation), but his QA powers are so powerful that that scene at the end made it all worthwhile. Holy shit.

  2. The animators who spent their time animating Alyx climbing the whole side of the building and being captured by Combine at the top are crying as Woolie is determined to look everyone else and ignore their handwork. Really should have just teleported her to the the top with ungrateful people like Woolie playing who don't appreciate animation and fine details.

  3. Fun bit of trivia, This game seems to refer to both the area suppressed by that mortar system, and the field that suppressed the enzymes needed for embryonic development, as "Suppression fields".

This leads me to joke that there is no field suppressing an enzyme. Its just one of these mortars drops if they detect any fucking.

  4. Woolie is afraid to waste ammo. Woolie cannot pick up any more ammo for multiple guns. Woolie continues to use the crowbar even though it requires you to rub your face on your enemies and heightens motion sickness.
    Mind Goblins: Installed.

  5. "The regular gun sucks!"

Only because you insist on firing at 3 frames per second. It has a rate of fire on par with both your automatics if you just actually click the button
