The long anticipated Elder Kings II, an Elder Scrolls conversion for Crusader Kings III, is here (well, has been for a while, I’m late to the party) and I thought what better way to celebrate the mod returning than my own return to CK3, and recreating the very scenario that started this very channel.

Im surprised that Mr Streamer hasn't used his court members to ya know, convert the people to your religion and culture, make gain county control etc etc unless i am turbo dumb and missed it when he did that
[Simplified] Lore refresher on Malada: The Aedra are the 8 divines and associated spirits who sacrificed their power to create the mortal realm. The Daedra [as in Daedric Prince] refused to participate and retained their strength. Malada and Ehlnada are two categories of Aedra, Ehlnada gave up their immortality in the process of creation, while Malada retained their divine spark. The divine architect Magnus and his children [The Magna Ge] fled before the completion of the mortal realm to retain the last of their power, tearing the sky open. Magnus left behind the sun, the Magna Ge left behind the stars.
The 9th divine doesn't actually exist yet at the point that EK2 takes place, that being Talos aka Tiber Septim, the human emperor that united Tamriel under his domain.
CK3 DESERVES TO BE MAIN PRODUCT OF THIS CHANNEL
Arpen will have his revenge… eventually
Absolutely fantastic! This episode went from 0-60 real fast. lol
First time commenting plz keep playing this game…. Thank you
I have never play crusader kings but I love watching Sam play because his narration and commentary is so good 👌 I hope we can get longer episodes up to 45 mins, it's so entertaining 🙏
"Human betrayal"
Rebels and betrays the feudal contract between his liege, gets captured and punished for crimes.
"why would the humans do this?"
Only commenting for youtube stats, I greatly enjoy the series.
I vote we find and invite the Maormer Courtier to court and give them a piece of land for funsies, give them Cultural Exemptions.
So we have some Maormer Courtiers for the future.
Not to mention Summon a Bunch of Dremora friends.
Should also get your new Bosmer Friends as well as your Ultra-Chad Mage married so they can also grant you grand courtiers.
I love CK content I originally started watching during the mad world returns times and have stuck around enjoying all your content. Excited for the next episode.
El-Rang macking top youtube plays
Please choose a personal diety in the religion menu
when you get a combat son name him leg goes ass because instead of breaking his foot off in someone's ass he will break his whole leg off and you make the perfect mage you have tasks or a a to b type of job yet you find a whole number of reasons to do side quest stay on task the nail that sticks up gets hammered keep your head down do your job in time you will go up the ranks
10:35 My take is Elrang doesn't trust the humans and so wants to be able to understand their talk in case they are insulting him in another language (this is something that is weirdly common for people to think is happening irl)
Is this gamestart set pre-Tiber Septim? If so, is Cyrodil a jungle?
Don't forget to assign your counselors to jobs, homeslice. They do good work in CK3, much faster and more efficiently than they did in CK2.
I just had a great idea Sam. Use the main chanel for you over the top Rimworld stories, 2nd channel for Tryhard Sweaty Rimworld stories and your Brand New Third channel for…. the other stuff. (This is a facetious truth).
For the tooltips, there is a shortcut (MMB by default I think?) that will make them stick immediately
I wonder if taking the Imperial City will let you turn Cyrodiil back into a jungle? Probably not because that sounds like an absurd thing to code in but it’d be super cool.
commenting to boost the algorithm!
Did this channel get renamed cause I swear I used to watch a ck3 YouTuber who sounded just like you
Algortithmic content dude, I love how much effort you put in to making content for us thank you boss man
Haranguing means: to harangue, talking aggressively at someone.
You were verbally harrassing the guards.
One of the ayleid lineages had sorcerer kings….
I don't know if you noticed after the fact, but you were in the de jure duchies map mode for the whole episode. Would be nice (and probably more useful) to see the realms map mode
Instead of skipping over the lore, please add more detail. I really enjoy hearing about the mythology of the Elder Scrolls.
Monkey doesn’t want to live in big crab. Monkey want to live in tree!
I be a fan of seeing one of these playthroughs where we don't hard line human sacrifice and religion
Ck hype
Yeah, Vanus Galerion is usually on the top five picks for "Strongest Mages in Elder Scrolls history" along with people like Mannimarco, Divayth Fyr, and Sotha Sil. He's rubbing shoulders with gods and immortals.
Excellent episode as always 👌
Best wishes
"You wait until I get out of here and get that destruction magic going!"
What a coincidence, thats just what my character said to Socucius in Seyda Neen, Uriel in his prison, Tullius in Helgen, and Molag Bal in coldharbor 😆
Thank you so much for this series. However there seems to be something seriously awry with the wife's cleavage. 🤔
i havent played this game much, it felt like half a game compared to CKII, but perhaps your playthrough might re-spark my interest! loved the episode well played!
El-Rang betrays the tyrant King Cicero so we join the rebellion but eventually our man will gonna get his revenge.
Great series so far
Cheese
Did you get your court mage back when you got out of jail?
Long live the Cat/Elf unity against mankind! I don't know why but that Cat/Elf unity made me laugh so much 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I mean, come on, who doesn’t love a spa day?
I would love to eat a cake so powerful that I am twice as strong for 10 years.
