The cow mutilations- Why would you consider us govt or shadow govt to be responsible? All these military bases being created that you don't find out about till later on, I hope they built some for the American people before they destroy it, I know there's good reasons for keeping secrets but supplying places down below to protect ourselves there's not enough to house the people in America, but you go to Russia and they got places for everybody to go and everybody knows about it, what happened to America that they aren't allowed to know about things it's supposed to be protecting them and somehow a secret is going to help people to know where to go if anything comes down I wouldn't be worrying about the aliens I'd be worried about the actual American people having a place to go, do a show on all the bases they've got to escape disaster that America has given their money to have the government running smoothly and we don't even know where to go for places to protect the people are if they in fact got them in the first place, now that's scary.

Investigate the Native American Tribe finances. Anyone wanting to build a base on their land would have to grease their palms first. Not only would a regular, generous stipend keep them quiet, but a Native American reservation would insulate the base from outside oversight and interference. In effect, the reservation would control access both on paper and on the ground as the first catch-all line of defense.

Idc I know what I seen. I saw one of those tic tac UFOs about a month ago. Mid day just hanging out at about 80k feet then shoot to orbit in a blink of a eye then back down. It went on for about 20 minutes then a red green blue rectangle light thing showed up next to tic tac dancing around. Tic tac made a fast move towards rectangle thing and both shot into orbit
