I really hate the english names of the characters… i always watched the yugioh anime in japanese and there, p.e. its "serena" and not "selina" or "gongenzaka" and not "gong strong"…
I will scream if we get Celina right after my favorite character of Yugo. Even with everything we have though I still hope they keep Leo Dancer out or lock it to a Skill that makes you work for it. Cough Cough
Raging PendulumIf Cat Dancer is to be the lame Ace just give us Blue Cat and one of the Pendulums and/or Perfume making one a single copy and call it a day. I guess we'd get Chick and Panther in a Box then? Honestly any of these are interchangeable where they come from.
As for the VA…would anyone besides me actually care? Arc-V Fans are rare, more so ones who like the dub. It'd be nice if they worked something out though or the replacement was good.

Easiest way to do Duel rush mode stuff if it is have a randomizer that scans your own collection then grant you a packs worth of rush cards for special rush currency
