Benefictus looks like he can almost understand the subtle humor of Rick and Morty.
The Sisters Battleforce box has less models in it than the Auric Champions for the Custodes. Boy, it's a bad day to want to start a Sisters army.

Usually not terribly impressed with Necromunda, but this time Necromunda seems to take the cake!
Having yet another unique 'hero' datasheet with a corresponding unique model for the GSC shouldn't really be a bad thing from a narrative POV.
After all, each of those unique characters is meant to represent a different Patriarch's plan for the uprising on a different world in a completely different set of circumstances.
The 9th edition's codex for them was one of the most standout in terms of overall balance and thematic approach, so I'm definitely having high hopes for how they will play out in 10th.
Wow outside of the cool model reveals, it seems like GW is really doing their best to piss off anyone and everyone in the playerbase and shove them towards 3D printing, great job!
I figured this was coming so literally just bought the SoB combat patrol last week, as I plan to start sisters and figured the new box wouldn't be as good. Nice timing lol

I'm proud to say that Tau Mechs are still S-tier compared to the new Mechanicum mechs
As a Sisters player, both boxes are INSULTING. My friend showed me a picture of the battleforce yesterday and I literally started laughing, it's so bad. The new combat patrol is somehow even worse. No transports, no anti-tank (the Battle Sister Squad multi-part kit doesn't come with a multi melta despite being able to take one lmao)
And then the codex; where's the support for the Bloody Rose playstyle?? If Penitent Host only affects repentia, flagellants, and engines, that means an entire core identity of the Sisters, one of the *orders majoris based on the original saints*, has just been ignored completely. It's like they're still traumatized from them being decent in 9th
Like with most recent announcements, this entire release literally feels like they're just trying to clear whatever they have in overstock lol

At this rate World Eaters is gonna get a Zerker Surgeon and nothing else for their 10th codex.
Figured they would have taken advantage of cutting model production to introduce some new lines.
They are putting out these new models for the new codexes with is great, but I hope they don't drop the ball when it comes to armies without a great selection of models like the t Sons and world eaters.
That gsc combat patrol is pathetic.
They need to let Mechanicum have the Custodes and Knight treatment and get their HH models in 40k. These are gorgeous models that would be AMAZING in the 40k range.

Any codex that doesn't have at least six detachments doesn't really deserve your money.
The only thing more terrifying than a nun leader-unit with a gun, is a FLYING nun leader-unit with a flamethrower. REALLY looking forward to her. New Van Saar Tech Hunters are also looking real kitbashable.
At least the Canoness isn't a man. 🙂 but yeah. This looks expensive . Hopefully at least it'll have Zephyrm models and not just all Seraphim

The new Genestealer combat patrol atleast has the great advantage that it serves as a REALLY good addition to the previous one, if you got the 9th one that means if the new one you will have quite the variety of great units and playstyles available.
Its definitely overall worse but the new GSC combat patrol is still good for many, especially in contrast to many other combat patrols, especially sisters, you just get fucked, im sorry for you all, i definitely want sisters to get better deals than that.

Look, the Sisters /did/ need a jump canoness or palatine. But getting only that, and then only four detachments in their codex, and then the awful battleforce box, is pretty painful. I guess I can at least hope the rules are good/fun, but that seems to be a real coinflip this edition.
This whole "no model cross over between 30k and 40k" is some really stingy BS by GW

I really think that making the entry level sets worse and worse over time is going to bite GW in the long run
I got the Black Reach starter back in the dat for around $110, and now a crappy combat patrol is $160. As the models get too expensive I just 3D print more but part of me really doesn't want to have to do that to get my fix of grimdark. At least I can get my historicals for way cheaper and the competition for sci-fi minis produce good products as well
