  25. McD/Ziegler made no moves as they want the same for the rest of the season so they can cut DC after Superbowl. But even with a top 5 QB, I don't see any change as McD wants players to fit his scheme vs designing plays to individual players strengths… and Graham can't adapt during gametime… stay the course even if the same plays are killing us…

  27. McDaniels isn't getting fired you idiots. Carr isn't going anywhere either lol. Casual morons know nothing about football. The Raiders problem is the oline and defense. Both are close to worst in the League. Lack of depth, talent and execution. If you keep replacing coaches and coaching staffs you will never rebuild properly or win. Its that simple. Carr is not being replaced lol there are no qbs available that are better college or pro. As long as Mark Davis owns the team the so called commitment to excellence will continue unt then this is what YOU are gonna get. It's not rocket science.

    I have been a dedicated Raiders fan since the early 70's. I have supported this team, purchased merchandise, and attended many, many games in the Oakland Coliseum.

    As a fan of some 45 years, I am now officially done!!!!! I never thought I would say this, and I imagine you all really do not care. You are a multiple billion dollar organization so who cares about this one lifetime fan??? Well, I think many are in my position and many are ready to boycott the horrible product you have put on the field.

    For years I have supported your losing seasons. After the Gruden issue, which raises a lot of questions, the team rallied and made the playoffs.

    So you hire a losing coach who cannot empower and lead men? You improve the roster but hire a losing Head Coach and go backwards? What is the logic of hiring McDaniels who has NO PROVEN TRACK RECORD AS A HEAD COACH.

    Furthermore, you have supported a QB for nearly 10 years with a major losing record who keeps getting bigger contactracts and earning more money to lose.

    I am finally done. It has taken 45 years, but I am finally done. I have never seen such an acceptance of losing. It is so disappointing when we spend top dollar to attend games and see this product put on the field year after year. EVERY year we are given hope to see this horrible product produced. Shame on you!!! Shame on you!!!

    Commitment to Excellence??? REALLY????? This is false advertisement at its finest.

    Goodbye my beloved Raiders. I can no longer support any organization that is OK with consistently being UNCOMMITTED TO EXCELLENCE.

  37. Derrick Carr is a top 10 QB he makes plays . Problem is the Raiders drafted an O tackle first round (BUST). Abrams (not a good first rounder more like a 4th rounder). Henry Ruggs(GONE)

    Raiders need to either trade down to get more players or have better scouting

    Raiders need to keep Waller. REnfrow and Adama

    Raiders need to draft defensive tackle that can stuff the middle and get to QB. 2nd round
    Raiders need offensive tackle first round
    Raiders need another linebacker

    And a more positive head coach
