I’m glad we got a new Hijab! Hopefully they made it so it works with all outfit categories. I think we only had the smaller/skin tight one as the formal wear.

She looks so happy he died with those idles spammed back to back, which makes me think 18 minutes may not be long enough to escape if the Sim engages in unstoppable idle moronics after you stop using the telescope…
@Iron Seagull you get the search for the truth interaction on the small telescope and on the observatory if your sim is focused. That also allows for your sim to potentially be abducted by aliens.
The moonbathing moodlet seems to be random
It seems like meteor ghosts can just randomly explode
Yeah, the death animation threw me off, I’m not particularly fond of the sims playing “watch fight” animations and when they’re struck, immediately jump cutting to death pose. There could have been an animation in between of them collapsing from impact, but no.
I also think it’s weird they went with the route of making them step away from the telescope, where continuing to look at the sky in a manner of surprise, trying to get a better look, until it was too late would have made much more sense.
I’m trying not to let a little bummer get me down too much because I’m excited for werewolves tomorrow.
I love everything except there's one thing that has happened to my game. I play in PC and in my CAS, when I now use certain skins or alpha hairs, they show up really glitchy since the update. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue?
A Good Night's Moon is basically a simlish version of a popular children's book Good Night, Moon.
This patch broke all my CAS sliders, which is very important to me, it make is possible for me to make more realistic Sims and more unusual Sims too! Only one set was updated, the one's by Cmar on his Mod The Sims account! This is the first time my CC got screwed up by a patch, and since a lot of my sliders are old, not all will be updated anytime soon, if ever!
Also where's the body hair someone said was coming? I thought it was coming in the patch for Werewolves, I guess not!

Hmm… they specifically said the toddler could say goodnight to the moon in the live play.
I love the free updates for the base game! I wish they would be encouraged to implement more things with this method. I think it's time that the temperature should be something that is in the base game, it would not be complicated since you do not need many objects, only the type of clothing. This would make each day feel a little more different.
If the sim does seek cover, the meteor should still hit roughly where they were when they were using the telescope.
It could be a great opportunity to essentially murder sims from outside your household. If we are following logic the meteor should be coded to hit whichever sim on the lot is closest to where the telescope was when the event was triggered, and if there's no sims just hit the ground close to the telescope.
What about the body hair though?!
When will we get some ACTUAL Masculine CAS options? I'm a man who plays mostly men in the Sims, I am aware that I'm in a minority. I just want to play a rough & tough detective, not a pampered and plucked Ken doll! And the clothing?? Holy hell is it bad. Either you wear the usual "shirt & jeans" or you have the dress sense of a 10 year old OR you're dressed like a flamboyant femboi.
The death by meteorite does not work for child Sims. The child Sim will get the notification and the buff that says that there is a meteorite coming right at them but it will just time out and go away and nothing will happen to them. I'm not sure if this is a bug in the system a system or if this is just how it's designed but there's really no point for the child Sims to get this notification and buff if they can't die in this way
