The fallen angels as far as I know we're from some planet in the plieadian star system. They weren't bad in nature but were from an advanced benevolent society. They basically were trying to educate and help transform our consciousness but though their intentions were good on paper, doing this would cause major ramifications. Their people knew that and didn't encourage this voyage they made. Doing this caused humans to have knowledge of the self and technologies too soon and not at it's natural evelotutionary speed. This cause some humans to eventioualy to become masters of the dark arts and trying to rule and the other half still pure and focusing on connecting to the most high god (the all). This eventually caused war and a huge destruction of the planet causing the flood of 12000 years ago. This is the story of the fall of Atlantis where all this was occuring. The reptilians and other beings have been to earth even from around those times but especially after the flood because nefarious beings could easily take advantage of some of the surviving humans who had lost most knowledge to the past. The reptilian would pose as God's and helpers but actually be running the society and ruling it and taking its valuables like gold. Similar to our political society today in a way. At first they would out right rule but eventually they would have a human king be there puppet. Not all reptilians in the galaxy are bad some would seem more like turtle like energy. It's hard for us to understand the way they think and feel, they have a different chakra system with fewer chakras. This makes it less easy for them to connect to the highest vibrations. If bodies were a technology than they would have a more primitive technology. This doesn't mean they are not good though just different. Some reptilians which are on earth are here for nefarious reasons in our perspective because they wish to manipulate and take from us. In their perspective who knows why, maybe there planet is dying and they need the gold, and in their perspective they are just trying to survive. I really don't know but they don't have our best interest. In the past they have always tricked humans in diffrent cultures that they are good and here to help but it has always been a trick, they are like politicians and than they force their rule from the inside. This happened in Africa and the America's, especially the incas.

Woah! I can’t believe this video came up… but talking about LA, I live in the suburbs of LA in south Pasadena. And just recently about a month or less ago, that night and whenever I can I stay up until 4-5am and one night/early morning, around 1am I started hearing just outside my window like the engine of a car, so I turned off my fan and muted my tablet, and peeked outside my window and I didn’t see a car. So again like less than 45 minutes I heard it again and same thing, I didn’t see anything. So this i lowered the volume very low and turned off the fan, and sure enough I heard a car passing by but it wasn’t near the street bc the engine of this vehicle was coming from underground . And my family has been living here for over 30 years and myself off and on but there’s no, trains or cars that should be running underneath this part of LA. So now whenever I’m awake every once in a while I hear that train or whatever it is passing underneath my house lol!
I have no doubt Washington DC has underground tunnels especially the White House
