How To Upgrade Living Ships! No Man’s Sky Endurance Update
There is a new way to upgrade living ships in No Man’s Sky Endurance! We can now get upgrade materials from freighter missions, and those upgrades are crazy! These upgrades will let you increase inventory size and upgrade all tech in your Living ships! No Man’s Sky Endurance brought so many new things to the game, I can’t wait to dig in more!

Hey do you mind passing me some of those living ship upgrades?
Just tried to add the living frigate from the last expedition so I could try this out. When I open the menu at quicksilver merchant to add it, it quickly closes by itself, so I cannot. I tried on a different save, same thing…and it did the same thing for the Normandy. I have open slots so I can add more frigates. Is there something I'm missing? Hope Zendesk helps.

Im pretty sure that you don't need a living frigate, since I was able to get the "Solar sail" for my living ship without one. It is just a much lower chance.
Sooo my freighter is acting like a hot planet and my screen is flashing red in the edges…. IM IN MY FREIGHTER! wtf
Is there any change in the augmentation modules gotten from ships’ scraps? I used to get them from scraping ships, but I just tried a few and didn’t get anything. (Or maybe I didn’t have much luck …)

I got the tech upgrade and may have duped the living sh*t out of it thinking that's how you get the storage upgraded..had no clue it was a different item entirely!! Thanks Jason! My all white full armored hammerhead is maxed now!!

I got a psychotic egg without sending out a living ship.
Anyone have a list of bugs? For this update my base electrical wire went down all wire deleted and when I try and re wiere it they de spawn . Anyone else?

I tried doing that old glitch of like upgrading freighter storage to upgrade space on my living ship. This is a lot better though
Edit: it's there, just not in the same place. Used to be on the first page of the building menu, now it's on the second one.

I gor one frigate with this special scanner and the 2nd one I found pulsing but it cost me 200 millions to employ it… it was a poor stats support one as well
So happy the living ship has been updated, I love using it but it had zero storage.
I got a spawning sac without a organic frigate. I also dont have the leviathan. But I made more and upgraded my ship.
i get no economy scanner, but can you even fill every tech slot?

I still can’t collect my living frigate from the last expedition. I go to get it on the anomaly and the screen always closes before I can hit ‘add to fleet’. I only have five frigates, so I still have plenty of space to add it in my fleet 😒 did the update and still having issues
You dont need a living frigate, i got one from expeditions and i dont have one. I do have a living ship.
Also you can find eggs in space that gives modules after shooting it.

The amount of tech slots for the living ship you get is dumb, it's wasted space that be better in the cargo area.
I am time skipping these missions, but they won't give me any sacs for storage upgrades 😢
Sorry to bug everyone but my living ship only goes to 35/48/ 35 And then it says Ui alien error on PS4 and pc and my neutron processor on PS4 still only has 10 slots I just hope that they fix all these bugs it is extremely difficult to enjoy the game
Getting my 1st living ship tmrw, I gotta wait for the stem to grow! I'm so hyped, and the fact they can be upgraded! I also go a phyc egg from a normal frigate mission. 22 hr one.
Why did you only send 2 frigates? So if you send a mix of ships with the organic then it won't bring back living ship upgrades?
