Im going to be honest, "Lord Invocatus" sounds like a Word Bearers character name.
120 Jakhals
Good luck getting a Lord of Skulls.
Step 1 buy the Christmas box from last year which almost sold out immediately. I’m hoping there’s a similar one this year
Love the shoutout for The Red Path!
I am sitting here waiting for a video about the buffed Dark Angels.
I currently have a we fully painted army on sale on ebay Uk if anyone interested had fun but sadly family come along and priorities changed loved the simplicity of unga bunga charge and smash
If you want to spice it up, the AoS Khorne spearhead box is quite nice. You can kitbash really nice berserkers with a few bolt/plasma pistols you have lying around (and if we have anything lying around it is countless pistols).
It also comes with jackal proxies, but you have to rebase them.
The 3 skullcrushers are a bit iffy, but they are excellent proxies for Invo or the generic HQ. And who knows when will we get mounted berserkers.
Not as good as a value box, but it gives a bit of flavour.
Step 1: Buy a brass scorpion
Step 2 paint it
Step 3: rejoice
If you're just thinking about getting world eaters then you're missing the point.
THE NAILS ARE SINGING!
Video posted 8 hours ago right after asking myself if I should try a WE army. If that ain't a sign from Khorn I don't know what is.
Buy every model on offer then try to decide which models to double up on for your last 900 points.
🩸! 💀!
Simple combat patrol the eight bound & angron whole army complete lol they need termies lord on foot & termie blood pact along with some khornate deamon engines they also need fast attack some riders or something either way the army is pathetic & about 75% of it is missing
Just started setting up prints of these.
If I like the Combat Patrol, I could be tempted to go full hog with 'em.
I’ve been thinking “damn, the World Eaters are pretty rad” and then this gets uploaded. Auspex, you’re a psyker aren’t you?
Ooooooh! It´s "Butcher´s Nails!" I always read it as "Butcher Snails"…
i was wating for this video😭
Me who already has 3000 points of world eaters with tons of eightbounds, exalted, berzerkers, jakhals, one lord of skulls and all the hq…
But goddamn I WANT THE OTHER HALF OF THE ARMY SO BAD ! :s
Invo scout moving 20 jakhals is a surprisingly powerful screen manoeuvre. Jakhals are about as good as chaff units get; quite durable and can actually do a bit of damage if they get to hit/hit back.
I got lucky in February and found a copy of the Exalted of the Red Angel set for £130 so snapped it up. Then I added the combat patrol, a couple of characters and a hellbrute I still had from the 6th edition starter set. I think this gives me a good core for my collection.
they have lord of skulls but somenone has to build it for them because they dont have warpsmiths
"Berserker Surgeon" is probably my favorite oxymoron.
World eaters players, the most head butt army out, you’d think something born a demon fire corrupt nasty would be able to manifest a fireball arc lightning from the fingers, no no just headbutt.
Step 1: Combat Patrol
Step 2: Eightbound
Step 3: Angron
Congrats, thats the entire army.
I hate GW releases, wtf is that for a model range, pls just release the rest of the army instead of the next slightly updated primaris lieutenant.
I know you have a sponsorship deal with Element games, but if you're recommending people how to build an army at the best cost, you could at least mention that there are plenty of stores that offer discounts a lot better than Element. Feels kind of unethical when you're purposely withholding information to drive traffic to a specific store to benefit your own bottom line.
As a die hard WE fan, I’d suggest everyone boycott this army until GW pull their finger out and fix the lore and model range.
Step 1: Have some money
I have already failed…
I spontaneously bought WE the other month. Glad this aligns with what I picked up lol
I started building a World Eaters army, but I found getting into fist fights with my neighbor really scratched my itch instead.
Is there any "good" heavy melee army in this current edition?
Question I'm new to WE how many Khorne Berzerkers can I have I got 20 rn so whats the limit for them
Meant to post this comment the day this video was made but I was actually with a tournament with my World Eaters at that time. To anyone considering the faction or are newcomers, welcome. Below are my biggest pieces of advice when playing the faction which I have been since the start of 10th edition.
#1. Buy the core units that YOU enjoy. There will always be competitive standouts but that changes with the meta. You don't have to run 20 Jakhals or 40 Eightbound if everyone else is doing it.
#2. Once you've nailed down your paint scheme, get Angron, deciding if you like playing with or without him will be key to list building but he does provide a massive damage sponge and hitting power that most other armies can't handle with the exception of a couple.
#3. Be aggressive when playing the faction, but not brainless. World Eaters are an aggressive army by nature and the play style caters to that, bring units that will survive medium arms fire, use transports, and terrain to your advantage. If you're going to be defensive make sure you have the advantage on the board first, otherwise you're hindering yourself.
#4. Do not bank on Angron coming back or getting a turn 1 alpha strike on your opponent. While both can happen, it's not a guarantee and that is where being cautious comes into play.
#5. Bring at least on heavy support unit to hold your deployment zone. Doing this is better than holding back a squad of Exalted Eightbound to do that for you.
#6. Have fun, and collect as many skills as possible.
Good video! I think it's time for me to crack open the world eaters christmas box. Are World Eaters a good beginner army into the new ed? I'd like to use chaos knights with them, does that work or is the lord of skulls the better option? I'm not trying to go anything meta, but I do want to have a chance tho
