Anyone knows why sometimes Pokemon just die after entering stage? I'm facing this issue a lot and it cuts the timer immediately.

I ran the armorouge set except I used fling/flame orb instead of clear smog.

I just did my first raid with no idea of what I was stepping into and brought an Azumaril… big mistake. I should have watched this video first xD
Armorouge doesn’t work at all if you don’t have all of the feathers to max out his stats. You just get killed before you can ever get his stats up.

Cinderace Hi Jump Kick accuracy must be 100? he used it to me 6 times straight. how do you get off 6 calm minds & 3 iron defenses? I didnt get to do but 3 turns & out of time
It genuinely feels that if you don't get those two pokemon that can intimate at the start, even if you follow this strat, you'll die with slowbro solo. My slowbro has 30 more health than him, and by the time I can use the stored power, I'm at 32 health, and he kills me before j can do it and he didn't attack me 1 turn because of paralysis
Is slowking better than slowbro?
The bulky Espathra is really working good in randoms now that i switched it to the saboteur build. I just kept two Azumarills alive for a win with relative ease. Cheers!
Slowbro is trash took 4 times for it to work waisted hunting it for shiny then 800k on helping its evs

I use Armarouge and I haven’t had a problem…..I just use calm mind, physic terrain and then expanding force and I always have time left….I use shell bell
You can use Azumarill but you have to be offline and have a strategy I did and that how I got cinderace so if you want a challenge that’s a good one
Solo Slowbro works great unless arboliva is on your team. End of turn heals take up too much time and you will get shield before you can pop off. If you connect to the internet, go into pokeportal, click on tera raids then back out it will refresh your team. GG
I have a noob question does it matter what the IV’s are or can I catch a decent Mon and EV train it and get it to level 100
Honestly I’ve used Dachbun with some friends and she doesn’t die, like she kinda just supports. They used espathra and slowbro and it was pretty easy. The random fire attack increases the def so high she barely gets tickled

If cinderace has gunk shot, mimikyu can have a play here, because its ghost type can make it neutral to poison type, but iron head mess things up pretty badly😢

You can switch out Slack off for Iron Defense
You can take away the defense investment for special attack but you need something for Cinderace. It hits hard. No defense investment or Iron Defense means you die faster. Plus Iron Defense boosts the power of Stored Power

Armarouge did the trick for me
Randoms in Tera Raids be like:
– Bring Iron Hands
– Belly Drum
– Die
– Refuse to elaborate
– Energy is released
Is slow bro with Stored power Nasty plot iron defense and psychic terrain need to tara in psychic to one shot it
If you run from the raid when things are going bad instead of restarting your game you'll have the same team. I've gotten the same intimidate ai team like 10 times in a row.
I have yet to find this game a challenge or any pokemon game they are just fun casual games
Espathra-opportunist- reflect, trick room, calm mind, lumina crash
The move rain dance is actually really helpful too. Stops it from using pyro ball for 5 turns
I've been using slowbro with psychic terrain. It's rng for me if I do not get intimidate then it's GG. Sometimes he will also shield at like 90%
For me I used a Mirror Herb, bulk up Ceruledge. Would almost be able to solo it but always lost to crit. Teamed up with a Ceruledge, Amorouge and a NPC Haxorus. We all had clear smog so Armorouge helped debuff it while the Ceruledges attacked and the Haxourus taunted it.
I'm thinking Miraidon can be used for support too. It can learn Reflect, Metal Sound, Helping Hand and Taunt. Resists 3 moves too.
Espathra with lumina crash, father dance, calm mind, and psychic terrain works almost every time. Opportunist ability with a shell bell. Hit feather dance first turn, and second if you want. Then lumina crash through the whole thing. Special defense goes down every hit gets harder. It's even easier if you get a Tauros as a partner.
If anyone knows, does raid power sandwich give you more rewards if you join the raid with the sandwich or does the sandwich have to still be active when you actually beat the raid (toward the end)
Tells us not to bring said pokemon yet I've been farming cinderrace with those exact mons, successfully. PAY MY SUB! XD
People online are using random mons that don't help at all and die constantly so I just resorted to going solo and time skipping despite my hatred for time skips
I think maybe raise both defences to 3 stages each and use shell smash 3 times. Probably wouldn't work, but food for thought.
Just done this with Armourage, with hp EVs instead of defence. I found I would die if I just stacked stats to max. Instead I went max iron defence into 4 calm minds, one attack, then heal, and repeat after the stat reset, that time going to 6 calm minds, and it seemed to work ok.

Idk wat to do because that is not working at all for my armarouge it’s just like yours still not working
Anyone having issues with this? I'm getting to +6 Def and SpA and it's just not doing the damage that Austin is doing. Build is the exact same. The only thing I can think of is it's being glitchy, because I'm noticing during the fight sometimes the text doesn't even show up right. And I "fainted" at half health. Wild.
Folks are really just going into these 7 star raids as if they are a part of the campaign. And I dont really blame them, I blame a system that is completely random. It has no rhyme or reason. The only way I would know how to beat these was from watching these videos, and that should never be the end all – be all for an event that lasts 3 days. I caught my cinderace solo, and have yet to down one thru the raid portal. people are choosing their starters, or their strongest pokemon vs. fire. This game just isn't helpful in making new people learn how to use the new mechanics. And in raids like this i suppose its meant to be done in a party of equipped trainers. Which I will never have, even though I know plenty of people that own the game but wont grind like me.
I guess its just being stubborn, because if I made an effort I could gather a group from random people online, but I dont want to farm for 3 hours online with randoms. I wish there were more tools in the poke portal. but this is what we have. see you guys at the next event.
Tried both Armarouge and Slowbrow. Used Leftovers instead of life orb. Slowbro was far easier to use. I think when using Armarouge it would be better to do the 3 Iron Defense and then just attack with stored power until it removes all your buffs then do all 3 Iron Defense and all 6 calm minds then wallop it. So long as you don't get Arboliva as a partner, it might work great. Arboliva makes each turn take too long. Used Leftovers because I kept getting KOed too easily with Armarouge.
Fun fact you can find Magnezone and Garchomp can be found along the cliffs along area zero hopes this helps later game players
