You can heal amiibo items. You need to fuse the amiibo item to a weapon, so it's the tip, not the base. then take it to i think tarry town? Have the goron dismantle the fused weapon without destroying it, and you have shiny new gear

What I'd like to see tested is if rusted weapons/shields have less durability than sturdy sticks. I'm always hunting sturdy sticks to put fusion mats on but I'm not sure if I'd be better off using the rusted weapons. @tagbacktv

So, if you have used an octorock for upgrade. Can you still repair weapons here without getting the upgrade?
Oh actually you can kill the octorock as soon as the weapon enters its mouth with an arrow and it still works.
don't believe me, try it yourself. If you're worried than use a common test weapon, but trust me it works, and with 0 weapons have to be thrown back at me.
edit: when it throws back a shiled and bow, oddly no dammage is done… this might be a bug. I haven't tested this with fused shield… those likely do dammage.

You can save weapons (bow or melee) as constructs and recall them through autobuild. Just needs Zonait. Attach (not fuse) them to a fan, save them as a favorite construct. Rebuild the construct out of Zonaite, unwiggle the construct with Ultrahand, take your freshly built weapon.
Is this patched? I’ve been trying an hour and it’s not working.
