5 Day Stop Smoking Plan:
These principles also apply to other addictions as well! 🤗❤️🤗

– Say no for 5-10 seconds and the urge will go away for 5-10 minutes.
– Say, “In the strength Jesus Christ gives me, I choose not to smoke THIS cigarette.”
– Omit these foods from your diet: meat, sugar, grease/oil, spicy foods, eggs (as they increase cravings)
– Get at least one accountability partner.
– Get rid of the cigarettes, etc.
– Change your routine, go to a different environment (camping, etc), get fresh air
– Instead of putting a cigarette up to your mouth, get a bottle of water or juice and take a sip instead.
– STAY BUSY!
– Try a hot bath, as hot as you can stand for up to 1 hour to pull the nicotine out
– Take activated charcoal and drink lots of water.
– Spend time with your Heavenly Father, give Him legal consent to your life

  8. God created the tobacco plant. God also created the marijuana plant.
    Both plants tobacco and marijuana have medicinal value to sick people.
    The scientist use marijuana plants to make medicine for people that had broken bone injury, cancer, etc..
    The bible mentions the use of herbs.
    If god wants people to quit smoking cigarette you will not buy any cigarettes when god intervene.

  11. Praise YHWH! 🙏 I'm grateful to Titus and the men coming forward about their challenges as well!

    I'm hoping to be a help to my father who is addicted. My husband and I struggled with addiction to cigarettes for a long time, we also initially slowed down due to cost, then we started to realize the cost it was to our health was greater. We quit before accepting salvation but I don't think we would've been able to continue fighting the temptation without the Lord! Every feat once in a while we do feel tempted when stressed out and smell some tobacco we used to like, but then praying to the Lord immediately helps soothe us and it's like a wake up call. It's been over seven years! I hope the best for others too.

  15. Nov 2023. After several attempts to quit I came to a realization . I realized that if I can't give up something as simple as smoking to a savior that DIED FOR ME….. then I'm a pathetic excuse for a Christian. Today I was asked why I said I can't start smoking again… it can never happen. I MADE A PROMISE.

My name is Ina and I'm 77 years old, I started smoking when I was 14years young and I smoked until I was 64,.May 26th 2010 I woke up and said Lord today is the day. And by his grace I have not had are wanted a cigarette to this day. And it's all because the Lord lives in me . With out him I could not make it through a single day

  18. In Matthew 24, Jesus the Messiah of Israel gave us specific signs of what to look for before the rapture, the end of this age, and His second coming.

    Matthew 24:3 KJV – And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world (age)?

    We see today a rapid increase in volcanoes, tornadoes, fires, mudslides, earthquakes, floods, diseases, false prophets, and false Christs all around the world. Many of these events would be considered "pestilence" or similar to the plagues God YHVH inflicted on Egypt in the days of Moses. We also see an increase in Christian persecution even in America, UK, China, Pakistan, Canada, and more. This lines up with the signs Jesus speaks of before the end of the age and His Second Coming:

    Matthew 24:4-13 KJV – And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. [5] For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. [6] And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. [7] For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. [8] All these are the beginning of sorrows (birthpains). [9] Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. [10] And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. [11] And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. [12] And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. [13] But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

    In the biblical passage above, Jesus says when you see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. We are seeing all of these converge with precision.

    These Matthew 24 birth pains (Matthew 24:4-13) or in some translations "sorrows" are steadyily increasing in frequency and intensity just as a pregnant woman experiences birthpains, until the baby is born. Yet the labor day is the most painful. This metaphor of a pregnant woman in pain is also echoed in the 1511 KJV Apocrypha in the Book titled 2nd Esdras (Ezra):

    2 Esdras 16 (KJVA) – [37] Behold, the plagues draw nigh, and are not slack. [38] As when a woman with child in the ninth month bringeth forth her son, with two or three hours of her birth great pains compass her womb, which pains, when the child cometh forth, they slack not a moment: [39] Even so shall not the plagues be slack to come upon the earth, and the world shall mourn, and sorrows shall come upon it on every side.

    The day of the LORD comes with sudden destruction, as the end of this age is as a woman who is in labor, and her painful contractions continue until the labor day comes – Daniel's 70th Week. WW3, Cyber Attacks, Blackouts, riots, economic collapse, famine, murder, unbridled chaos and lawlessness, mandatory ungodly laws, Marshall Law, a New World Order Takeover.

    1 Thessalonians 5:2-3 KJV — For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

    The end times birthpains are increasing in frequency and intensity at the same time Israel the fig tree is replanted in the Holy Land just as scripture has prophesied (Ezekiel 36-27, Joel 3). The descendants of Israel must be in the Holy Land for the final 7 years of tribulation to begin according to the Daniel 9:27 prophecy where the AntiChrist will confirm a covenant or "peace deal" with the nation of Israel and many nations and begin building the third temple (Revelation 11) and the reinstituting of the daily animal sacrifices.

    Prophecy says the AntiChrist will later betray the covenant and commit the Abomination of Desolation in the middle of Daniel's 70th Week (Matthew 24:15, 2 Thessalonians 2).

    The birthing period that brings forth the Kingdom of Christ begins with sudden destruction and is followed by the appearance of the False Messiah the AntiChrist who promises peace but only brings 7 years of tribulation to the earth. By peace he will destroy many.

    The Kingdom of the AntiChrist will rule during the 7 years of Tribulation as the New World Order Government, and with it will be an AntiChrist One World Religion and will put to death all who do not show allegiance (Revelation 13). Yet, those who die for Christ will be resurrection and added to Christ's body afterwards upon His return (Revelation 20:4).

    The Kingdom of Christ is like a male child who will be born in Jerusalem after the painful travail known as Jacob's Trouble and Daniel's 70th Week. Yeshua Jesus with His body of saints will return from Heaven to defeat the AntiChrist and rule all nations with a rod of iron from the Throne of David in Jerusalem (Zechariah 14, Psalm 2, Isaiah 2, Revelation 19-20).

    The Birthpains are increasing in intensity and frequency, just as Jesus told us would happen (Matthew 24), and yet the Man-Child will be born into Heaven before the painful labor day. This I believe speaks of the Pre-tribulation rapture of the Christians being taken to heaven to escape the painful tribulation period.

    Revelation 12:5 KJV — And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

    Isaiah 66:7-8 KJV — Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child. Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.

    A nation will be born at once into Heaven, in the twinkling of an eye, the corruptible will be incorruptible, the mortal will become immortal, and then death is swallowed up in victory (1 Corinthians 15, 1 These. 4:16). After the Tribulation is complete, Christ and His body will return to earth to establish His Kingdom for 1000 Years in peace.

  19. Return of the Nephilim

    The coming Alien arrival seems to be a part of Biblical End Times prophecy. A topic that is mostly overlooked in modern churches today.

    Before the flood, the Watcher Angels who were supposed to look after God's creation rebelled and left their heavenly habitations, according to Jude and Peter in the New Testament, and they appeared to mankind and took wives from the daughters of Adam and created the human-angel Hybrids called the Nephilim (Giants). This is expanded upon in the Book of 1st Enoch but mentioned also in Genesis 6.

    Genesis 6:4 KJV — There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

    Jude 1:6 KJV — And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

    Those angels have been locked in Tartarus which is the deepest abode of Sheol according to Peter's writings, but soon the fallen angels that still remain will appear to mankind again in these last days. As Revelation 12 says Satan and his angels will be cast down to the earth after the war in Heaven. And Enoch mentioned that fallen angels can assume many forms, as if they can shape shift, and I suspect may appears as advanced alien gods.

    1st Enoch Ch. XIX – 1. And Uriel said to me: 'Here shall stand the angels who have connected themselves with women, and their spirits assuming many different forms are defiling mankind and shall lead them astray into sacrificing to demons ⌈⌈as gods⌉⌉, (here shall they stand,) till ⌈⌈the day of⌉⌉ the great judgement in which they shall be judged till they are made an end of.

    When they show themselves to mankind, I believe this is the strong delusion references in 2 Thessalonians 2 and Isaiah 66.

    2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 KJV — Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

    Yet this time the fallen angels will appear with hybrid grey aliens, a new Nephilim race both giant and small in my opinion, and there will probably be some sort of great deception involving project blue beam and lying wonders in the skies. They will probably use this as a means to explain away the rapture event of 1 Corinthians 15:52, when the true Christ followers are suddenly taken from the earth.

    In 2023, the US Government and Mexican Government held formal meetings and hearings on the evidence of extraterrestrial technology and alien bodies, and my best guess is that 2024 is the First Contact when the US government and governments of the world initiates some sort of public compact or alliance with the Nephilim Grays and the fallen angels who are cast down in Revelation 12 disguised as aliens. The truth is stranger than fiction, I pray you are not deceived. The fallen watcher angels wanted to be worshipped as gods before the flood and now when the fallen angels appear again they will probably say they are our creators from another galaxy.

    1st Enoch Ch. XV – 1. And He answered and said to me, and I heard His voice: 'Fear not, Enoch, thou righteous man and scribe of righteousness: approach hither and hear my voice. 2. And go, say to ⌈⌈the Watchers of heaven⌉⌉, who have sent thee to intercede ⌈⌈for them: "You should intercede"⌉⌉ for men, and not men for you: 3. Wherefore have ye left the high, holy, and eternal heaven, and lain with women, and defiled yourselves with the daughters of men and taken to yourselves wives, and done like the children of earth, and begotten giants (as your) sons? 4. And though ye were holy, spiritual, living the eternal life, you have defiled yourselves with the blood of women, and have begotten (children) with the blood of flesh, and, as the children of men, have lusted after flesh and blood as those ⌈also⌉ do who die and perish. 5. Therefore have I given them wives also that they might impregnate them, and beget children by them, that thus nothing might be wanting to them on earth. 6. But you were ⌈formerly⌉ spiritual, living the eternal life, and immortal for all generations of the world. 7. And therefore I have not appointed wives for you; for as for the spiritual ones of the heaven, in heaven is their dwelling. 8. And now, the giants, who are produced from the spirits and flesh, shall be called evil spirits upon the earth, and on the earth shall be their dwelling. 9. Evil spirits have proceeded from their bodies; because they are born from men, ⌈⌈and⌉⌉ from the holy Watchers is their beginning and primal origin; ⌈they shall be evil spirits on earth, and⌉ evil spirits shall they be called. [10. As for the spirits of heaven, in heaven shall be their dwelling, but as for the spirits of the earth which were born upon the earth, on the earth shall be their dwelling.] 11. And the spirits of the giants afflict, oppress, destroy, attack, do battle, and work destruction on the earth, and cause trouble: they take no food, ⌈but nevertheless hunger⌉ and thirst, and cause offences. And these spirits shall rise up against the children of men and against the women, because they have proceeded ⌈from them⌉.

  20. When two cows or oxen were yoked together it means they were joined together with a wood or iron yoke, and it usually involves labor. The equivalent to a yoke in regards to the Antichrist reign (Revelation 13) would be chains or shackles of slavery or servitude like one who is in a labor camp. If you read the story of Jeremiah, he was ordered to wear a wooden yoke as a warning to Israel and all nations who would soon be bound by the king of Babylon and made as slaves in bondage.

    Jeremiah 28:13-14 KJV — Go and tell Hananiah, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Thou hast broken the yokes of wood; but thou shalt make for them yokes of iron. For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; I have put a yoke of iron upon the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him: and I have given him the beasts of the field also.

    The wooden yoke was to be replaced with an iron yoke to symbolize a harsh and heavy bondage. Likewise all nations, including what is left of America, will be under a heavy yoke or chains of the Antichrist in the coming NWO because they have forsaken the LORD and His Son. They will use A.I. and their digital networks to imprison everyone on earth.

    Deuteronomy 28:47-55 KJV — Because thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things; Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee. The LORD shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand; A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of the old, nor shew favour to the young: And he shall eat the fruit of thy cattle, and the fruit of thy land, until thou be destroyed: which also shall not leave thee either corn, wine, or oil, or the increase of thy kine, or flocks of thy sheep, until he have destroyed thee. And he shall besiege thee in all thy gates, until thy high and fenced walls come down, wherein thou trustedst, throughout all thy land: and he shall besiege thee in all thy gates throughout all thy land, which the LORD thy God hath given thee. And thou shalt eat the fruit of thine own body, the flesh of thy sons and of thy daughters, which the LORD thy God hath given thee, in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee: So that the man that is tender among you, and very delicate, his eye shall be evil toward his brother, and toward the wife of his bosom, and toward the remnant of his children which he shall leave: So that he will not give to any of them of the flesh of his children whom he shall eat: because he hath nothing left him in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee in all thy gates.

I know this was from God to me , I have had a lot of sickness lately , I was just told I have lung cancer , they cant operate its in early stage but my lungs are so bad from smoking , they want to do radiation, i pray ,I believe in God ,I just haven't give eveything to God , just was told this 5,23 24 . I am still smoking .,I quit drinking after a long hard struggle. I could use some prayers for strength, God bless you Titus ,and the volunteers who are helping you ,stand with God ,I am quiting today , all things a possible with Christ , amen Jesus I give it all to you.

  25. Very good message, very timely too. I’ve struggled with alcohol addiction for years and was over a year sober when I slipped up yesterday. I felt horrible and as if didn’t really matter, I’d failed and that was it. This gives me hope all is not lost
