  1. I like them a lot. I'm glad you left the eyes as you did. You have to get really close to see the whites of someone's eye's. On models that small I just don't think it works even if you have the ability to do it. The scale is not enough for you to see them. Hero scale minis maybe but even then I rarely think it works.

  2. something you could do to make a big piece of leather more interesting is to add some wear and tear, it adds so much character and is surprisingly easy to do. For dark/ brown leather get a paler brighter color and add like edge highlighting on the, eh, outside border of the cape or jacket. Then add some thin scratches where it makes sense or where the cape would normally get some wear and tear. Then tie it all together with a dark brown wash 🙂
I follow the Vallejo leather painting guide for dark/brown, red, and white-ish leather, works incredibly well AND you get to use the scary colors "smoke" and "wood grain", which will ruin a paint job if used wrong but can add so much if done right 🙂

  3. Greetings Sir. I enjoyed your video very much. I also wanted to thank you for taking time to answer my questions. I need your help and advice again please. I recently got some new miniatures for a game called Sands of Time. The miniatures are 32MM Anubis Warriors. The models are Black Resin and what I want to do is use a black primer coat with Zenithal grey like you do on your models and also try a Slap Chops method so I can work on my dry brushing skills. As I said the miniatures are Black Resin. So, should I still put a black primer on before I Spray on the Grey primer for the Zenithal or can just spray on the grey? And since I wanted to do the Slap Chop method should I put a coat of Black Primer on before I dry brush the Grey and white primers on? Again, I have enjoyed your painting videos and I have learned a lot and have got some great ideas from watching your paint videos for some other projects I am working on. Happy Holidays and I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks again
