  1. Also NACA doesn't look at the Credit Score, but we do look what you got going on the Credit Report . When we pull reports, Credit scores don't show on report 🙂 And definitely underpaid and overworked – but our purpose keeps us going…

  3. Definitely didn’t work for me. They DO NOT factor in the rent generated from the other units in a multi family house. I live in NYC and despite stable income and low debt, I only qualified for about $500k for a 3 family house because, as stated by my counselor, I am expected to be able to pay the entire mortgage on my income ALONE. They do NOT include potential rent and do not add potential rent in the calculation to increase your income to qualify. $500k can barely purchase a single family house in NYC much less a multi family.

  4. My first home was thru NACA and my rate was less than 3%. I didn't hv alot debt and I closed with about 6 months. I noticed that people who had alot to clean up on their credit process took longer but the reward is priceless.

  5. So he said that he had two loans with NACA for two different properties. I'm confused because I thought with the NACA program once you get approved and you're able to buy a home the only way to get another NACA loan is to sell your current home you got using the NACA program wait 3yrs after the sell of that home before you are eligible again to apply for another NACA loan? If this is not the case I'm going to apply for a NACA loan
