THE YUMMY FOOD I ATE:
↪Apple cinnamon oats:
1 apple
Cinnamon
½ cup oats
1.5 cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop protein

In one pan sautee chopped apples + cinnamon + 1/4 cup water in a pan for ~5 mins
Meanwhile, boil oats + almond milk, after thickens a little add chia seeds and ½ of the sauteed apples, at the end add in protein

top with remaining apples + peanut butter

↪Cottage cheese pancakes
1 egg
½ cup oats
⅓ cup cottage cheese
½ banana
1 tsp baking powder
cinnamon
Vanilla
Optional: add ½ scoop of protein
(if too thick add milk or water!)

pan fry and add banana slices and chocolate chips 🙂

↪High Protein Roasted Pepper Pasta Sauce (@itsvegansis)
Ingredients:
2 red peppers
3 tomatoes
1 onion
2 heads of garlic
1 block silken tofu
2 tbsp nutritional yeast/parmesan
Salt+ pepper

Preheat oven to 420°f.
Cut peppers, tomatoes, onion and garlic, place on a baking tray and drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the veggies are roasted. Chill for 10 minutes
Cook your pasta in salted boiling water + save 1 cup of pasta water
Peel the skin off the peppers (optional), squeeze out the garlic, and add all the vegetables and pasta water into a food processor. Blend until very smooth.
Combine pasta + pasta sauce, top w. Basil, protein, parmesan, chili flakes etc.

↪Pumpkin baked oatmeal
1/2 cup oats
3 Tbsp pumpkin purée
1/4 cup milk of choice
1 egg
½ scoop protein
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
pinch of salt
Chocolate chippies
Bake for 18-22 mins @ 350F

  7. I'm currently very depressed and anxiety has taken over my life. November is always the worst month for my mental health. I'm stuck at home doing nothing but cry and worry all day. Thank you for posting this, it's very helpful knowing everyone has bad days, weeks or even months and not just me.

  10. Linda- I needed this video SO MUCH today. Every video you put out makes me feel like we are more and more similar, and it makes me feel so good. Today I got pulled over and I was so embarrassed and so disappointed in myself but I had some huge events today with my friends and running club. I couldn’t stop thinking about it when I got home, even though I didn’t get a ticket my mood was just terrible and I was thinking horrible things about myself. But then I saw you put out a video and it just helps so much to hear someone speak the things I say to myself and someone to reassure me that it will be okay. And to BREATHE. I love you so much thanks for everything you do. P.S Gilmore girls and oats and apples are goated. I also hope someday I’m as good of a baker as you🤩
