  1. This is trained behavior. If ya don't know what that means??? Think Mil in battle, and the battle still rages. A Fire Fighter doesn't stop, a cop doesn't, a mother/father doesn't. We grieve later.

  2. My sincere condolences. It all happens so fast so you don’t have time to think, let alone grieve – but it comes down on you, particularly when alone. Lean into the memories that you built. Those are yours forever.
