literally my ONLY complaint about the vale so far is how incredibly difficult they made gathering this magic. we shouldn't need gudies like this (I'm not saying your guide isn't helpful or a welcome sight, it really is! thank you!) just to get moving without being stuck grinding for ages.. why the magic is locked to tasks and duties is beyond me, such a redicilous and bad choice imo.

Ok thanks for letting my know about the inkies i was wracking my brain for ages trying to figure out why it wasn't working and i thought it was a glitch u helped me so much π
Since the Tiana update there has been lag on my Xbox one. This makes it difficult to catch snippets. I kept the machine to slow down the snippets and move it from biome to biome and that helps a bit. Still not ideal.

I was really struggling with getting enough Storybook Magic together, and then was just frustrated after spending 5,000 on opening up the Statue's Shadow area. IDK… That area just didn't thrill me. I'll be following your setup, and will be opening up the rest of the Vale in no time! π
Thank you for these tips! I'm struggling on the Magic since we can't manually farm it like we could do for Mist. I have a tiny area set up next to my house (small garden, forage-able trees, cooking station, and a couple chests for quick drop) but it's just for getting by during basic early gameplay and is not equipped for farming Magic! I was going to wait until decorating to set up a bigger crop garden, but a preliminary worksite makes so much sense!! I'm SOOO excited to work on this next. πͺβ¨
There's a lag in the Xbox version that makes catching snippets difficult – you aim for one, game stops for 2 seconds, then when you unfreeze the snippet is gone π
