the chest are random, but all the locations are correct. You’ll eventually get them all by playing the side quest mission for freya and following the video.
Currently this armor is like the ares set in the previous game it's 2nd best overall (a different piece has like 600+ defence) It has a bit of everything defence, strength, runic. Unless they release something like the Ng+ like last game this is the best.
I combine this armor with the relic that gives bonus melee damage and with freyas poison runic attack. Helps to get big bosses down in health very quick

I found the cuirass in the Noatun Garden, incase anyone didn't get them in The Veiled Passage
This shit sucks, I got all the legendary chest on this side of the map and somehow still missing the Cuirass
