Can anybody let me know if you get the achievement when you collect the weapons on different characters ? I already went through multiple ng to get the different endings, but dont really wanna do another one just for his quest ?
i mean the fact that you keep getting interrupted while trying to cast it kind of gives away that it's not really that useful lol. and those are earlygame enemies

Just tried to complete Bernahl's letter and I cant get into the area. after you do the thing at the Forge of Giants you lose access to this particular part of the city. I even tried the Tower of Return chest and the elevator resets. hope this helps someone!

Wasted my upgrade materials on this shitty weapon. Ash of war sucks, just tickles enemies and takes so much time to cast.
When you bash it on enemies, it’s also weak compared to other weapons of the same type.
Only cool factor about this weapon is it’s looks.

i did everything up to this point maybe more than i should have before i found this but he didnt invade me and i completed the entire questline for volcano manor i missed some things bc i progressed too far but im trying to discover 100% everything idk what the trigger is that would cause him not to invade tho =( sadly
in the four belphiers there is a portal to farum azula, you dont have to wait to get it

Ummmm u don't have to do any of this just Kill THE NPC THAT GIVES U ASHES OF WAR!! at the beginning of the game. Then use a reset at the church of vows and get blessed by turtle pope

I killed Bernal and you can’t revive till damn new game+ 😑
This was the last weapon I needed to get the trophy and the platinum. So I started a new game plus and killed him and got the platinum and reloaded my save. I couldn't do it in my first playthrough because I beat the last boss and he doesn't appear after that, not even invade.
I just discovered a bug which prevents you being able to progress this task…
My red mark disappeared sadly.
People should really highlight in all caps that this item is missable and will disappear if you don’t do the sequence correctly

Any of those weapon arts that lock you down and do an aoe around you are generally bad… I’m surprised at how many abilities are in the game that copy paste this more than usual………… still it’s nice to know what the weapon does and how it performs!
