You can find the Storm Chaser Village in your main world. If you are in the Lost Isles, you will need to use a Bus Station to travel there. Look for the Stom Icon on your mini map and travel there to start upgrading your Storm Chaser Village.

i finnally found my village after7 hrs of looking an now i cant do nothing cause theres no villagers and i cant enter act with the upgrade part smh broken game
Btw i no longer can fo this because before i upgraded the storm village where it qsks me to look at the effects from the storm i defeted the storm already and its gone the zone no longer works

Found it after upgrade level 4 ..deep in the ocean from the west south of the Base Camp ( i fry up high and saw it )

On the second quest, âDefeat 3 Storm Acolytesâ, they are not spawning. I have tried multiple things such as, replacing the cannon/ metal smelter, waiting for them to spawn, flying around the map looking for them ( to which i found 1, even though it did not count), and even spamming talking to Carl Ruckus. None of it is working and my progress has been halted. If anybody can help my issue it would be greatly appreciated.
