Update: I figured out there are multiple storms(&dungeons) and i did it.
The cave can bug,finding only 2 of 3 and if u die(like me lmao) u gotta destroy 3 again buuuut they dont spawn anywhere:) so I guess I'll have to wait till they fix it

Every world has 2 storms, 1 is this in the video and the other is the portal with the giant tower, if you cant find the other type then go into a sandbox world with your seed and go through the quests to get the upgraded compass, then it will show on your map.
