If you crouch walk to the rest point, the enemies wont spot you.
Fuck this place I was literally in the first hour of my gameplay when I decided to check out this place. I ran from the dragon and thought this was a chest and it pulled me to this location and fucked me up and I lost like 4k runes in my first couple of hours. Fuck my curiosity I guess.
Genuinely poor game design. "100/100, perfect game" yeah except Miyazaki is adverse to learning from his mistakes.

Lmao. At least the chest wasn't a mimic. I know Patches chest teleports you somewhere stupid too. Everyone hating on this trap just doesn't understand this series….Souls is NOT your friend, it enjoys punishing you at every turn, and it will make you feel rage/stress/hopelessness as well as joy/triumph/accomplished when you finally succeed…until it smacks your b**ch@$$ back into the dirt in the next area. It's part of the experience.
