I don't know what the problem is, but I still dont have an option to APPLY. I found a configuration from someone else on steam and it had an APPLY option. My controller is set up and everything is done correctly. Maybe you need to upload it to community profile.
I can't apply your profile. I have the game downloaded + running to the menu. I have my Xbox One controller plugged in and on. No option to apply. Your profile doesn't show up in the shared profiles for the game. I think you need to upload it to the community profiles instead of linking to it

Thanks for making the video! Unfortunately it isn't applying for me either. I am able to move the controller around on it too.
Your config is still linked to the beta (look at the top left of the config screen). It applies for you because you also have the beta installed. But for those of us who don't, there's no apply button.
Does this support pressure sensitivity for movement? (like I can walk in buildings if I want) The game natively does, but I don't know if it does with a mapping like this turned on. (Note: You have to toggle sprinting off to "walk" forward/sideways)
So does it work for the new game ??
Have you seen that steam now has a setting for elite controllers meaning you can utilse the paddles independently, wondering if this config would not benifit from an elite update
I can't get this to work for me. I get the bootstrapping part open but no apply. Using a power a fusion pro. That make a difference?
I got your config to work! It’s really great for the most part. The only 2 problems I am having is 1. I can’t change weapons and 2. The d pad doesn’t work for consumables. I’m also using a ps5 controller, don’t know if that has anything to do with it
Loads for me, doesn’t work at all when I tried using it, for example the dodge wouldnt dodge, auto run doesn’t auto run, E doesn’t E. I did use the changed you made to keybinds suggested in your older video, no go. Hope it gets fixed
Mouse binding move too slow
Hey after some messing around with your controller setup and a few others, I just wanted to pass it on to the controller community – there is no reason to use WASD joystick keybindings. The game natively has half-controller support, so simply set your joysticks to actual joysticks instead of emulating keyboards. Highly recommend you update your controller layout unless you just prefer 8 way directions instead of full directions. 🙂
Hey, I messed around with this a bit and found – the game natively supports full omnidirectional joysticks. Just set it to style of input joystick move. You might want to update your controller input to incorporate this instead of defaulting to the 8-way-run method.
It also fully natively supports runspeed variation (multiple walk, jog, sprint speeds)without having to emulate holding down the alt key. . To walk, you have to toggle sprinting off though (which is on by default), otherwise you will do the sprinting animation at walking speed.
