  1. It is interesting that musicians who play classical works are not said to be copying. They are called creative. They are lauded for their distinctive interpretations. We would never call them copyists. At this stage of my training, I need to be doing copy work. I learn so much. I do see improvement as I go along. With the internet, I can spend a lot of time researching and discovering.
