How To Cook Perfect Chicken Breast Every Time (No More Dry or Rubbery Chicken!)

This method is simple and foolproof, meaning youโ€™ll always end up with perfectly cooked chicken breasts.

Chicken breasts are a versatile and a lean protein that can be cooked in a variety of ways. However, chicken breasts can be tricky to cook as they tend to dry out.

The key to cooking perfect chicken breasts is to use a method that will lock in moisture. One way to do this is to cook chicken breasts in a pan and then transfer to the oven.

First, heat some butter and oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for a few minutes until slightly golden. Add, some onion, garlic, thyme, some white wine or chicken stock then transfer the pan to the oven and bake for approx. 25 minutes. Youโ€™ll have brown crispy skin on top, juicy inside and beautifully caramelised onion with a delicious jus (Sauce).

  6. I almost always prepare chicken breasts this way. Sear on the pan then cook in the oven. Great technique! Love the touch of the jus off the wine reduction. I'll try that! Greetings from Chile!

  7. Another brilliant and professional video. Do you have a restaurant over in Mt. Martha. Then I can come over from Geelong, to enjoy a great meal. …. Your dog is beautiful, ( and remember that onions are bad for dogs ).
