  1. Did this for my 4th horde but added a auto sledge, an electric wire, and a shotgun turret on the top for birds. Made it all out of concrete. Held up fine.

  2. so this… "trick" of farming tier 1 fetchs even if the magazines bundle reward get nerfed, it still a great idea to farm a lot of items at a relatively low cost, not needing to farm gunpowder to my love the pipe bombs is already a winning point in my view ๐Ÿ˜€

btw, I have been watching enough, I'll suscribe, I like how you play, practically like a total pro (and I love that)

  3. Yay, Vultures aren't completely borked in A21.
Can't stand their ESP hax that let them change direction as soon as you aim on them. At least that's what's happening to me.
Have to wait until they're in their dive, but sometimes they move even then.

  4. I used this design for a21. It worked great for day 7. But for the day 14 horde, only the first batch of zombies came up the ramp and attacked the opening. All zombies after that attacked the supports beneath me, trying to collapse the structure. I knocked out the rail, plate, and beams and was going to rely on the hatches as barriers. But even with the hatches down, making me fully exposed, they still didn't route to the opening. Luckily I had enough molotov cocktails to thin the herd and I didn't die. But why would they change behaviors in the middle of horde night? The only difference from your design is that I had barbed wire set down on the on the path up to the opening, but I had them down on the day 7 horde too.

  5. Man I think they changed something for the stable version. I did this base in the beta and it was working just like yours, some occasional punching in the blocks below where we stand, but today I got my day 7 horde (warrior gamestage ~30) and for whatever reason the zombies destroyed the 2nd, 3rd and 4th blocks of ladders, don't ask me how or why. Luckily they were still able to jump their way to the bridge but it was so weird. I've footage if you want to see it, it was super strange.

  6. Do you already have or could you make a design on a progression type base for a 2 player team where you add on to the base to keep it in line with the game stage?

  8. When I first started this game long time ago. All I did was digging. Made my own fortress underground but was lot work but one floor a time then dig under the floor.. all while zombies still on the ground. Good timesโ€ฆ

  9. why not do the metal spikes and use a 0.25 centered pole for horde night? worked in alpha 20.6 real well for me. and allowed me to use just a pipe rifle to slaughter brain eaters cause they kept falling off into spikes.

  10. oh my god! Favoriting frequently used blocks? What in the actual EFFF have i been doing, and thinking? Thank you Prebuilt, this is a lifesaver! oh and i will never feel guilty for using a killing corridor or forcefield and I have like 5000 hours. oh and Permadeath I just can't I am like Thick 44 Who is still looting (rip Tony) I am an unhuman old man warrior and Dieing is my middle name lol not a lot but 1 to 20 are guaranteed per play through. and thank you for all the hard work you do for us. i have yet to build a testing world i'm too ADHD to. oh asnd does double looting early game make me a bad person?

  11. I prefer to put an electric trap and a blade trap at the top of a ladder and taking a nap in between repairs to the blade trap. Good for at least 8 weeks before you have to get fancier. Then alway build you base 15 blocks high with a door you can jump out of if needed because there is skill you can get that if you have 5000 gold or more in you inventory you can jump 15 blocks down and take zero damage. Also if you are more than 14 blocks off the ground the zombies won't know you are even there except on horde night and if they are feral.

I like to have many ladders going up and then having those paths converge to one path in case they like to destroy a ladder or two because of random anger issues lol.

They only thing I hate about 21 is that they made robotic turrets kind of useless because they added lead to the cost of ammo which makes it a pain in the arse. I mean it's a very inefficient weapon who only blessing was that ammo was very cheap to make. Now ammo is expensive and a pain so it's useless.

  12. Yo, just wanted to say as an almost completely new player(did one longplay by myself), this guide is actually super informative and clear. Watching you not just go through this episode but all the rest of the ones youve posted have been an ENORMOUS help to me learning what bits i didnt know about after playing almost 100 days in A20.7 before moving to A21. I was playing on scavenger – adventurer difficulty on my first play. In my new world, i started nomad, then went to warrior, and am now vibing on survivalist just past my second blood moon. The blood moon base worked absolutely perfectly for me(no zombies even broke any other objects other than the stairs. I know this kind of thing is second nature for you, but ive learned an absolute TON about how to actually make the most of every day and about just the game in general. Thank you so much for all the work you put into this series to help people who want to get into 7Days but dont know how. Keep it up mate, i hope you go big!

  13. Is it possible to survive for a long time making cool looking bases as long as you stick to some of these fundamentals you showed us while making these or well it cause the zeds to behave differently? If there's let say pillars and such.

  14. Welp great base for bloodmoon, but actually 64 count isnt working since your gamestage is too low for full attack, if u really want some challenge reduce your loot to 33% same as expirience gain… 7d2d starts to be really easy, when u can find tons of ammo from traders… they really should rework these rewards.
