As of Minecraft 1.19, clay is renewable! In this video, I show you how to build a very basic starter renewable clay farm. This is a semi-automatic clay farm that allows you to use dirt as a starter block, and clay is the final product. This will work in both Java and Bedrock Editions. This was recorded in the 1.19 pre-release 3, so some details may change by the official release of 1.19. I hope you enjoyed this Minecraft clay farm tutorial.

This is no hate, but we both know that farm is useless
thx you so much now i can get stacked of emerald from the mason <3
Why on earth would anyone sane do this instead of mining it regularly, or even better. Just use villagers.
I'm building a brick house and I could really use this!
do you lose the glass bottles after they water the dirt blocks?
Okay yeah this actually works. Thank you🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Working on java?
I only need low amounts of clay here and there because I turn it into Terracotta. Glaced Terracotta is a material that slime blocks dont stick to.
I think the process of making clay like this is actually quite fast, MUCH faster than growing stalagmites for example. I really dont need a big farm.
I also recommend making individual buttons for every dispenser – if some of the mud hasn't transformed into clay yet, the dispenser will shoot out the water bottle and that's really annoying if you trigger them all at the same time like this
thank you i need clay for a pixel art i'm gonna do in my hardcore world
i honestly didn’t know you could do this! time to add a new block to my flat world survival challenge!
Why the dripstone?
Unlimited emerald potential 🙂
My clay farm is Manuel. I don't have dispensers or Redstone dust and I love it. I started remodeling my minecraft house with clay cobble stone with a terracotta roof. I also love how mojange has given us the ability to make packed mud blocks sort of like bricks where made in ancient times with mud and straw. That's what I'm building my new barn with.
Thanks
Why the dripstone?
It just keeps spitting out whole water bottles through the dirt. What am I doing wrong?
I can’t get it to work past two blocks. Everything set up as in video.
thanks bro
I live in a ring of eemm ah why can't the new trees basically there alot of mud there so clay will be easy to get
My mason is about to have a mental breakdown
needed a quick one so this works perfectly thank you
Really helpful, thanks
Come out ya black and tans ?
I'm having a hard time grasping the logic behind this build. Water to dirt makes mud, and when it dries it gets clay. What is the point of the dripstone? Can't you just leave the mud to dry on it's own?
This is going to help so much, since im making a hotel made out of bricks on the outside, 4 stories high
Clay is a stupid quick way to get a lot of Emerald’s from Stone Mason villagers. It’s why I also have three for each type of useless stone (Diorite, Andesite, Granite)
Hey that's really cool! Now you can get clay in Skyblock, and renewable clay, which makes getting it in super flat a lot better.
Thank you for this, building a big auto smelter building designed to look like a factory style and Gonna need hella bricks
This can be pretty useful for scamming mason villagers
can you use dripstone blocks and then you are growing dripstone also after the mud dries? in case you aren't back in time?
We need different clay variants in Minecraft or a new Clay Pitt biome.
What is the drop stone for
is this also works on bedrock edition?
I make brick roof to my world so this will come in use
Thank you I love how chill your video was and how simple you described the process
I use clay to trade with the village to get emerald.
plz expand it so the end product is bricks and glazed fancycotta
you deserve more subscribers
I want to do a Gameboy
If you hold down shift and space at the same time you can fly and place redstone on dispensers fyi
I'm going to need a ton of clay to build the clay factory. I like my brick buildings.
That's what I forgot the dip stone thanks and I use clay for a trade at vilge for 10 I get one gem
You can also pick up some clay from that river behind you 🙂
Great vid, explains basics pretty well
Quick question the glass bottles fall out of the dispensors some times but not all of them ??? Confused
I need unlimited dirt now
