  2. You could also just draw the radial mask, then remove the subject from the mask. This will also work in the mobile and non Classic versions that is missing the intersect option 😊

  3. Why invert the subject mask?. I place a radial filter over my subject and then subtract the subject from the mask to achieve the same effect. Is there an advantage for either way?

  4. Hi Anthony – thanks for this video – we just posted an article about it on LensVid as it is that simple and useful.
    However – you missed something crucial (that we ran into ourselves when adding spotlights and other light effects both in ACR and in Photoshop itself, and Lightroom doesn't seem to be different in this case) and that is bending. If you look at both your examples – there is a TON of bending in the spotlight and I personally find it very distracting.

    Do you have a simple method of removing (or avoiding) this bending in ACR? (in Photoshop there are ways but nothing that we found is really quick as we would like it to be – mostly masking+blur which you currently can't do in ACR).
