I am interested in the video by the title, but my past experiences with the Brain Blaze videos make me hesitate to watch it. I understand that the concept is casual, but even though not every topic can be condensed to three words or less, just so does not every topic lend itself to endless protraction. It is my personal feeling that on this channel the topics discussed are just too drawn out. It's fun to go on a tangent every now and then, but what can be told in ten minutes should not be told in thirty. Brevity is the mother of wit. I will skip this video, but I feel I might return to this channel in a few months. The topics are quite interesting, after all.

If a lottery is state run it makes total sense not to tax winnings. Basically the state is collecting money from people who buy the tickets and only gives back the other half in winnings, if you look at it like that there's already a 50% tax on it.
