  1. I can break this down even easier. It's not a team guy thing. It's a human thing. It's not a drive problem or even a shit on someone problem. It's just a problem where people speak before they think or act&defend those actions due to their ego. In reality…… everyone does it at some point in time. Hopefully most people get called out on it&wise up to their ways though.

  2. A big cause of this is corporate America stopped wanting to hire veterans in the mid-2000s. Prior to this, you would work in the military and there was a clear transition to a Director or VP slot at a company making good money. I only did 1 enlistment so I got out in 2004 and I BARELY was able to get a good job. But these doors are closed now. So now when veterans get out, they can't get good jobs at big companies, police departments don't want them, so they become self-employed, many with a lot of time on their hands, and without a mission in front of them. I'm in Los Angeles and I can count on one hand the veterans I've worked with in corporate America for the last 18 years. There are like 3 of them out of thousands and thousands of people. It's sad. Companies need to start valuing veterans again and then we won't have so many lost veterans.

  3. I can understand that to a degree
    High Demand
    High Output
    High Expectations
    Extreme Conditions
I don't agree with shitting on others
    I do agree with
If you are on the same ball field with the same objective and others are playing or working
    Sub Par
You need to shine a light on that condition
Let them see themselves because that Sub Par work
Is gonna get the game lost or someone
    Hurt 🤕
I don't want it to be me
    That's Fair Ball
    Not shitting on someone
    Remember the saying
    Only as strong as
    The weakest link.

  4. I see what you are saying but I feel like even average people make a competition out of LITERALLY anything. Sometimes I feel like I can't even pump gas in my car because it's the goddamned winter Olympics for Christ sakes…..Plus in the civilian world everything is a competition it seems like lol. I think society is a fucking disgrace too be honest with you. Someone would sell their mother off for 30 seconds of fame on tik tok lol…..

  5. I’ve both seen and been on the receiving end of what I felt was the complete opposite of being there for your brother no matter what and it almost broke me. It was when I was at my lowest your audiobook started playing and it reminded me of things you’ve said over the years and that’s all I needed to hear.

  6. So what you're saying in about special forces being cannibalistic is that special forces folks are the other type of yummy meat and that's why you turn cannibal :P. Teasing , but some really interesting analysis on why folks tear each other down.
