6:59 It would also be nice to debunk the fact that Hit's Tokitobashi weak point takes away from Goku's feat of inaccessible speed of moving during a time-freeze/time-stop.
When Hit stops time with his Tokitobashi, Hit's time is still moving and he has 9 hundredths of a second free to move before the tenth of a second passes, while everyone else's time is at zero.
0.1 seconds for Hit = Zero Time for everything other than him. Basically, Hit's time is infinitely faster than regular time, and since Hit's time is still running, he goes one tenth of a second into the future of his personal clock.
But since SSG Goku's power outstrips Hit's and his technique, Goku starts moving before 0.1 seconds pass for Hit's time, meaning at the very least Goku is moving in hundredths of a second of Hit's time. But that's irrelevant for one reason, 0.05 seconds for Hit's time is still 0 seconds of regular time, so Goku is still moving in null time, since time is still stopped for those as strong or weaker than Hit.
Also, there's the feat where Goku's ki/power protected him from the time freeze and fought that from absolute zero to make Goku react before the tenth of a second passed for Hit, so he's only stopped for a part of Hit's tenth of a second and not for the entire tenth of a second.
And there are actually many feats other than that one where they react during instantaneous spans in the manga.
