How will SpaceX do the hot staging trick? Why does SpaceX need so much concrete? Did the Starship 25 static fire go well? How many people will fly aboard SpaceShipTwo? And how can you simulate a Martian habitat here on Earth?

What do you think? When will we see the first Florida Starship? This year? In 2024? Will it be transferred by barge from Starbase, or perhaps built from scratch at Robert’s Road?
Maybe the project didn't have enough funding, or maybe this is the first of a series of (very long!) experiments that will get gradually more rigorous, but every time I see the inside of that £d-printed simulated Mars habitat I always find the furniture and fittings slightly jarring because it looks as if they just went to their local furniture store (e.g. Ikea) and bought a load of furniture to kit it out.
I'd always imagined that once we get to the first actual Mars habitats that they would be a bit more utilitarian, e.g. not that big brown leather sofa plus armchairs. If that is the case then given these test subjects such unrepresentatively familiar domestic furniture seems to me to slightly water down the validity of the experiment.
Then again, Ikea (for example) has probably invested millions of dollars over many years to make its flat-packed stuff as compact and light as it can to reduce warehousing and shipping costs so perhaps shipping out a load of flat-pack furniture so that the crews on Mars can have proper beds, sofas, side tables etc just like an apartment on Earth might be exactly what they will do to help boost psychological wellbeing without really incurring much penalty on space or mass that needs to be delivered to the surface.
#FakeX is such a money sink. Mars? Really? Can we break Low-Earth Orbit first, please? 🚀🐒💩
Stop saying freedom miles! It doesn't make sense! if you're talking about temperature °F then that does make sense (Freedom Degrees), but miles are not unique to America and doesn't start with an "F" !! Love your vids though!! 😀 <3 <3<3
Blah blah blah! So much hype! This seems like cult video!
Why couldn’t space x just build a starship size off falcon 9?
Gute arbeit Felix vielen dank
Surely the first Florida starship will fly there! 😮
You are really spot on with your predictions!
First Florida Starship Start in 2025
You have wayyyy to many ads bruh
I feel like that hotstaging is gonna reduce the usability of the booster by alot that cant be good blasting 3 raptor engines on top of it
Virgin Spaceship is one of my dream vehicles to fly on. When I was younger the book "Rocketeers" came out and it was a historical telling of the Ansari x prize through Peter Diamandis's eyes. The winner of that event was spaceship one with white night as the mothership. That vehicle went to space and then 2 weeks later achieved spaceflight again. It carried two pilots and the weight of a third individual. This book and the actual prize itself is what made me choose aerospace engineering and aviation maintenance as my educational path. I have sent standby and the agricultural experience I grew up with and I'm still using today. It literally is one of my dreams to fly on this vehicle though!
Heads up by the way if no one has seen it yet but there's a new reality show called stars on Mars. Pretty awesome little reality show, they took celebrities and put them in a martian environment and they have to survive including going on Mars walks in actual space suits. They're giving a bunch of challenges like exploding water containment units. It's pretty cool for a TV series especially since it's more of a reality show.
Great video as always!
Ill send you guys some stuff if they let me tomorrow,,,its AWESOME,,its just for REFERENCE no one needs any reading material after this,,its AWESOME,,its all reference material,,and we get to MAKE what EVER we WANT all day if it doesnt hurt ANYONE,,,christmas EVERY day it said EVERY DAy and NIGHT,,,
Your videos have way too many ads, I love your content but damn man every 2 minutes is excessive
"freedom miles" lmao
Spacex has probably brought the construction crews to Starbase to complete all the repairs to the OLM. Getting the OLM back in launch condition is more important than building a second launch pad for down the road.
Hello Felix, when I look at that cargo bay door of Starship, I have to wonder if the SpaceX engineers ever considered a vertical payload door opposed to the current horizontal door. You have to wonder just how much structural reinforcement has to be added to carry that stress load around that huge door. If the stresses collapse that door opening by even a fraction during launch, that door may not open or close. If I were to design it, I would attempt a vertical door as it is much easier to carry that stress load. The big takeaway would be if they could deploy the Starlinks in a vertical position. In my mind, I picture a multilevel dispenser similar to the old slide projector carousels. Preliminarily, I think you could actually dispense more satellites in this configuration if the mechanics work out.
Knowing Elon they probably won't add any vents for the hot stagging.
Bad News !! Due to the fact that Musk failed to add a deflective angle for deluge system ignition flame and smoke, we will still not be able to Actually see the launch. Instead of brown smoke rising up, we will see white smoke rising up !! Doubt there still won't be any damage to launch pad !! Oh and the rocket igniting on top of booster is bad idea. I give the chance of orbit though still 50% of success New designs need to be properly R & D tested on ground before launch time. REMEMBER "If you don't have time to do it right the first time, when will you have time to do it over"
Oh and for the love of everything holy, Can someone tell Musk to open up a Starbase Store with lots of stuff in it, up highway 4 ???
Does no one see how dark matter is only the fabric that builds visual space, but another reality. It's not so hard to see it. Lol and what's Elon musk's END GAME !!
Also is he going to build a range of stations I e. Ship building yard, space Dock.
Then a moon station /iss moon. Then a moon base. Then same at MARS, iss/mars. Lol and is he willing to bring that company in that is building Vera Stations if Elon looks at his tech.
