  8. Hi Amit, your videos are just apt and so informative ! Meditation has solutions to many problems. Kindly suggest or share tips on how do you do such study and make it so concise and comprehensive. How long does it take for you to make such quality videos for say 10 mins? If someone wants to start like you, how should be their preparation? I know you have been doing quite a lot of things. How are you so focused and manage to do justice to everything that you do.

  20. This is how western countries are using things like FB to bring down a country. They have been doing that for years. I have many friends who truly believed what Facebook says – and using that as their gospel of truth. Completely delusional.
