Los Angeles, in the US state of California, has been plagued with gang violence for decades, and has even been called the “gang capital of America”.
But they’re not just on the streets.
Reports and lawsuits allege that there are deputy “gangs” within the LA County Sheriff’s Department.
Members have unique tattoos identifying which station they belong to and are accused of using excessive force, and glorifying an aggressive form of policing.
Fault Lines investigates the shooting death of 21-year-old Anthony Vargas. His family believes that the sheriffs’ deputies who killed him were prospective members of the Banditos — a gang inside the East LA station, which has one of the highest rates of deputy-involved shootings in the county.

I had a cop sexually touch my private, unlawfully search me with zero warrant, wrongful and unlawful detainment which, is equal to kidnapping, and gave me a false traffic ticket. I turned him into Internal Affairs and the Judge was corrupt too when, I subpoena for the video camera in the patrol vehicle the cop was caught lieing giving a false ticket just to lie which, is a felony, for a sexual stalker and sexual harrassing cop. The judge dismissed the ticket because, the lieing cop try to delay the subpoena video up to 5 weeks. It was week after week after week they try to not show the video in court. The cop was terminated after, the Internal Affairs investigation.
The dirty cops call the gun a ghost gun,when a dirty cop kills anybody they call any other dirty cop that has a ghost gun, as you can see in this case, no fingerprints were found in the gun.

ill never forget one encounter I had with them were they pulled me out of my car at gun point proceeded to ransack my car and at one point one of the deputies asked me "hey you only have this hand gun in here?" I looked at the other officer and said " I don't own a gun" I feel I got lucky because I always been very talkative and had built a rapport with the officer holding the gun on me about bikes and how I had numerous tattoos because I was into the biking scene and had gone all around LA on my bike that is what saved my life that night.

Prior to 2010, I was oblivious to what was going on around me. I rarely watched T.V. I was naive. I would have never believed anyone that would say such things about law enforcement or politicians. I went to school, studied Criminal Justice, and joined an LA County juvenile justice department. It took me nine years to realize what is really going on.
